Florida to Give In-State Tuition to Illegals

Why do illegals get anything but a one way boot across the border?
Check it out:

The Republican-controlled Florida Senate on Thursday passed Florida’s version of the DREAM Act, which would give in-state tuition rates to illegal immigrants who have completed at least three years of school in Florida.

The bill, which passed 26-13, will go to the House on Friday, where it is expected to pass before going to Florida Gov. Rick Scott’s desk. Scott has said that he would sign the bill.

The measure (HB 851) “would also curtail the ability of state universities to raise tuition above the rates set annually by the Legislature” and cost $50 million when fully implemented, according to the Associated Press.
