John Boehner: Just ‘Teasing’ Fellow Republicans on Immigration

I can’t wait until we have a conservative speaker.
Check it out:

Speaker John Boehner dismissed comments he made last week when he made fun of fellow Republicans for moaning about taking votes on immigration reform.

“It wasn’t mocking, listen, you all know me,” Boehner told reporters this morning. “You tease the ones you love.”

Boehner added that some Republicans “misunderstood” what he was saying and that he would continue to work with fellow Republicans to find a way forward on immigration reform.

Boehner admitted that his comments might have gone a little too far but didn’t apologize for them.
