Gutfeld reported that Katie Perry recently said that she banned her parents from going to the Presidental Inauguration with her because they’re Republicans. This is not absurd to me either. If I was going to George W’s Inauguration, I would DEFINITELY not want to bring my liberal family members.


Anyhow, what I’m trying to say is that we can’t beat up the left for not seeing eye to eye with us. Sure, we can beat them up over issues we see differently (not literally guys, relax), but we can’t be mad that they don’t want to be our besties. We feel the same way, whether we admit it or not. We can love them. We can like them. But we’re not going to be warm and fuzzy about the ideas they have that we think are morally atrocious. It just doesn’t make sense. We have something in common! We disagree and our disagreements cause relational friction! I think we can all agree on that. Right?
