Kennedy’s assassination, former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin said Kennedy and his America embraced the exceptionalism and the traditions she discusses in her blockbuster new book, Good Tidings and Great Joy: Protecting the Heart of Christmas, much more than today’s liberals.
