No Progress: Six Nation Talks with Iran End
We really need to remember that we have cruise missiles.
Check it out:
On April 6 the six nation talks with Iran ended with no progress regarding Iran’s nuclear program.
The U.S., Russia, China, Germany, France, and Britain took part in two days of talks in Almaty in hopes of reaching an agreement with Tehran, but no agreement was reached.
Instead, European Union Foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton said, “[During the meetings,] it became clear that our positions remain far apart.”
For example, the six nations pressed Iran to “suspend its most sensitive uranium-enrichment work in return for moderate relief from international sanctions.” But Iran responded by saying its nuclear pursuit is for peaceful ends, but Israel’s “atomic arsenal…threatens peace.”
