Confederate Flag Display At North Carolina State Capitol Outrages NAACP

They probably think the Civil War was fought over slavery instead of states’ rights. More liberal revisionist history.
Check it out:

A Confederate flag display at the North Carolina state capitol is being removed after upsetting civil rights groups even though the display was of a historical nature. Governor Pat McCrory‘s spokesman said that the display of the flag was not meant to offend.

The flag was part of a display designed to replicate what the old state capitol building looked like during Civil War, 1863 in particular. The organizers said that those who are offended by the display are misinterpreting it because it is meant to
“help people understand issues of the past.”
