Bill Clinton: Obama Has ‘Not Fixed’ Economy, ‘Middle Class Incomes Are Not Yet Rising’

Former President Bill Clinton spoke today at a get out the vote event at the Tri-C Western Campus Fieldhouse at in Parma, OH.

Clinton admits the country is not where it “ought to be” and middle class incomes have not yet risen, but claims that we are “gaining jobs” and shouldn’t return to Republican policies of the previous years.

“It’s very simple, we’re not where we ought to be, middle class incomes are not yet rising but we are gaining jobs, and the last thing we should do is return to a strategy that got us in trouble in the first place, cut taxes on upper income people and de-regulate the economy.”
