Romney to Talk Family Values

Mitt Romney is set to deliver a commencement speech Saturday at Liberty University, a big test for the likely GOP presidential candidate who will be challenged to win over tepid evangelical voters.

Romney, a Mormon, will deliver the speech at the largest Christian college in the world and the heart of conservative Virginia.

Though the speech follows President Obama’s recent announcement that he personally supports gay marriage, Romney will largely steer clear of the issue and religion and focus instead on the value of family, hard work and commitment, according to excerpts from his speech.
