Occupy’s next: Global protests for ‘wealth distribution’

On the heels of its May Day chaos in the U.S. last week, the Occupy movement plans to hold global protests Saturday with the claimed goal of “social justice, wealth distribution and an ethic of commons.”

Some of Occupy’s rhetoric for the coming protest employs key progressive economic phraseology that is also routinely used by President Obama.

The website May12.net lists about 70 cities around the world planning events Saturday, including London, Moscow, New York, Detroit, Toronto and Berlin.
