How many people realize where the term “cool” comes from? It comes from being one word in a very popular term in the ‘40s and ‘50s: cool, calm and collected. And women back then used to say that they liked the “strong, silent type”.

I personally am glad that Romney has a mostly calm, stable personality. Isn’t that what we need in a president? And regarding the flip-flop brand that people try to cast on him, people hopefully grow and therefore change. (But still, Romney was dealing with a primarily liberal democrat congress in Massachussetts, which explains a lot of what happened there.) But Obama flip flops NOW … not only in his positions but also in his accent, which becomes more urban black when he speaks to an urban crowd.

And it’s disgusting how Jay Leno has been lobbying so hard for Obama and against the GOP candidates with every single monologue. I don’t watch him anymore because it is hard to laugh at something so serious and damaging. My brother-in-law told me that Jay did a spoof last night on the sleep-inducing agent (Lunesta), with Romney pictured as the boring little fairy luring folks to sleep.

When I hear those kinds of things about Romney I know that they are just making things up to discredit him because I certainly don’t see him that way. They did the same thing to Pia Toscano on American Idol when I thought she was perfect and shouldn’t change a thing. But Romney got a big boost today when Santorum (who had turned into a top BO PR guy) dropped out. Now they need to start JUST attacking BO.

My brother-in-law went on to say, “Yeah, like that idiot masquerading as a president isn’t boring? Disgusting and not funny to me at all, because it’s just this kind of mindless garbage that made everyone believe that Sarah Palin is brain dead, or that Bush was some dumb Texas hick when he actually had a higher GPA than Kerry and is one of the most well-read, intelligent presidents in history.”

Yes, it’s frustrating to watch lies distort the truth. Jay Leno is more like a desperate clown now, using false mockery as a comedic tool. I just watched a number of religious movies this Easter, as I usually do, and mocking and scoffing are common among the bad guys.

What they don’t get is something even some of the hippies got (although they needed drugs to get it), as evidenced by their mantra. And that is: there is nothing better than “peace and love” … both of which are calm. The neo “hip” crowd now thinks that boisterousness and moral rebellion are “cool”. But that’s only because they don’t have peace and love in their hearts … otherwise they’d know better – that peace and love are far more pleasurable than hyperness and rebellion.

The “bad guys” (liberals) have traditionally used humor as a tool to brainwash people into accepting immorality as normal, or to believe something that is so obviously a lie. You repeat it enough, as is the case with Palin and Bush, that it becomes truth to the
average person.

“If you tell a lie long enough, loud enough, and
often enough, people will believe it.” And, “People are more
likely to believe a big lie than a small one.” Adolph Hitler.

Leno is clearly a puppet whose liberal wife controls what he says and does (as I spelled out in a previous article).

Scoffers set a city aflame, but the wise turn away wrath. Proverbs 29:8

Mockers hate to be corrected, so they stay away from the wise. Proverbs 15:12

How blessed is the person who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked, Nor stand in the path of sinners, Nor sit in the seat of scoffers! Psalm 1:1
