President Boehner Possible After Investigation?

What would happen if an investigation into Barack Obama’s eligibility to be president launched by “America’s toughest sheriff” – Joe Arpaio of Arizona’s Maricopa County – actually led to Obama being ousted from office?

If the election ballots carrying Obama’s name were ruled null and void because of Obama’s ineligibility to be on them, some have speculated, Vice President Joe Biden wouldn’t be duly elected either, meaning the Constitution’s order of succession would make Speaker of the House John Boehner, R-Ohio, president until the next election.

      Ron Paul is the only candidate to tell us that our foreign policy and our monetary policy are both complete shams, the emperor America has no clothes. Many segments of the population don’t have the intellectual fortitude to study economics, finance or policy. They are easily duped by propaganda promoted especially by certain news outlets and a certain segment of the music industry to believe that rabid, blind patriotism without policy study or critique is a high virtue, and indeed, one is not a true American without it.

The two seem to hit it off well, and have been nice to one another in debates. Romney is closer to Paul’s line of thinking than the other two: Gingrich and Santorum.

      Americans need to end their paranoia with regard to our Foreign Policy with little countries like Iran and North Korea. We just gave Israel a Missile Defense System. North Korea’s 6-8 nukes might reach as far as Japan, but no one is certain of that. Certainly those countries are well-protected because they are close to China.         A lot of ‘conservatives’ like Dr. Paul’s positions on fiscal and constitutional issues, however, we cannot and should not accept his thinking on matters of foreign policy becuase they are extremely dangerous! His being fine with Iran haveing an nuculear weapon is just crazy! Iran has stated flat out that their intention is to wipe Israel off the map and the risk of having them use a nuke is just too great. Until Dr. Paul gets a grasp on reality in this area, he will NEVER get the large base of support he would need to become the nominee. Just that simple.

        The military is not 100% behind him…only the position of the Presidency. He is heaping drastic co-pays on them, changing their co-pays from a couple of hundred to over $2,000 deductible through TriCare.
        This is one of Obama’s answers to sharing the sacrifice. Military people already sacrifice for their country, and we should not take or burden the service member or his family. I agree with you that Boehner is nothing more than a spineless pos, we need to get rid of the blank checks that our government keeps writing, the borders don’t necessary need to be closed however we do need to have strict control of them 24/7/365. I like Ron Paul on some issues, i.e. the flat tax, gold standard, some aspects of his foreign policy although other issues just plain scare me. Not that any of the other candidates have it all together either. Each has areas I agree with and am scared of. Our biggest problem is our enemies. Not just outside the US but inside. Inside is far more dangerous than outside ever could be. I’m not talking Soros. I’m talking Obama, Biden, Pelosi, Clinton, Schumer, Boxer, Feinstein, etc. those pos’s that want to turn our country into some third world trash heap. Get rid of the bad apples and replace them with people who have passion, honour and a backbone like Alan West of Florida or Tom McClintock out of California. I could follow someone like him. Soros has made big money laundering drug money and he is all for legalizing drugs….Kids are taking drugs in schools, at dance halls, games, etc. and adults are taking drugs at work, in their cars, etc. I don’t ever want to see drugs legalized because legalization of alcohol did not reduce the numbers of alcoholics. He did not voted yes on every bad bill regardless of who put it up for a vote. Ron Paul has a couple of things that are good but for the most part the rest of it is crap. Just because he believes in a couple of good things doesn’t mean he is the man to be the president of this country.     During the Clinton’ terms he had a republican house and senate. They worked together! Clinton was not a ideologue and he new when to compromise. Also, at the end of his second term he had discussed that a recession was stating. He also very heavily recommended going after Saddam Hussein. Bush had been in office 9 months when 9/11 took place, he had already met with the Clinton administration when Presidents change office and it was well know that Saddam was funding terrorist. and Bill had the same information that he then gave to Bush. When things started going south we had a Democratic House and a Democratic Senate, you sure didn’t hear President Bush wine about his do nothing congress as Obama does! Amazingly many things that had sat on Harry Reed’s desk from the Bush administration, Obama has implemented in the last two years and taken the credit for them! jobs are not getting better those numbers are a slight of had, after 26 months you are not counted and many still have not found jobs or they are working part time. The progressive left media mania had already gotten their agenda set in motion, and American’s fell for it! Bush could do no right and this sleaze bag thug, liar, socialist, uneducated puppet of the the left is in office. Americans fell for it again, a campaign slogan. We now have a person holding the highest office in the country who we really know not much about, and believe me anything about him is hands off! We have to vote him out, or you can kiss America good buy!

  In fact, they were trying to change the “natural born” rule just months before the election but it did not pass in Congress so Pelosi ignored it and did not vet Obama. They actually CAN vote for a different vice president than the running mate of the one who wins the presidential election. It has never happened but it is potentially possible. If bo (that also stands for body odor…coincidence?) were to be either impeached ( I can’t see how you could impeach someone that is not eligible) then Boehner is NOT next in line, biden is and that’s that. Unless you have dirt on him too and I think he is well aware of obama’s ineligibility which would also make him guilty of fraud. The the problem arises that most if not all congress is almost certainly aware that the president is not eligible. At any rate, if you are writing articles it is important to be accurate. The Speaker is number 2 in line and obama’s ineligibility has nothing to do with the next in line to take over as president.

I applaud the Sheriff’s efforts, but he has no influence4 where it counts. The president is protected by the Constitution which allows Impeachment is the SOLE responsibilty of the House of Representatives. Any impeachment could possibly include the Sheriff’s findings, but that seems a long way of at this point in time. The only sure way to be shut of Obama is to VOTE him out of office. I believe that the Speaker would be President-pro-tem for a limited amount of time (again I think that it 90 days) until a new election can be held and the new president inaugurated. Also remember that if Obama were declared ineligible to hold the office, any legislation that he signed is automatically null and void. The thing is…much of the birther controversy, along with SO MANY OTHERS, started BEFORE and AFTER Obama was nominated and he managed to get thru the verification process, and elected- Sheriff Joe is not the first to take on the birther issue. Since the long form birth certificate was invented, literally, it was cut up by Adobe users, showing all of the formatting layer by layer AS it was released by the White House for public view- the poor idiot that released it didnt realize it wasnt locked- unless that mis-step was intended for us to determine it was invented to give us a bone. The US Government is said to be an unstoppable machine. Obama, thru his Presidential Power, has created his own fine tuned, turbo powered machine that is intended to take out people that seek to destroy his self-manufactured placement in this Presidency with any and all means necessary coupled with power of the already powerful US Government, that includes his chosen placements in the Justice Department for the reason of preservation. Mysteriously, people have died before testifying in the middle of investigations….from what I have read. Sounds like something one would read from a work of fiction. In Georgia, Obama was called before a judge regarding the birther issue a couple of months ago- but he didnt show up for court, and nothing ever came of it to date. I hope Sheriff Joe is successful, truly…for ALL of us, even though some do not realize it.

Don’t count on that happening! If Congress had any concerns about this they would have addressed it long ago. Apparently, both sides failed to do their homework regarding properly vetting the candidates in 2007, esp Obummer! To delve into it now and perhaps come to the conclusion that Obummer wasn’t qualified to run much less be Pres. would be too much of an embarrassment. What I would like to see is that from this point forward, ALL candidates are thoroughly vetted. One thing that can be said about the GOP group is that we know all about them from cradle to the present. We should not allow the gray areas to persist in any candidate. We should know his/her full health history, what schools he/she attended, their grades, their classmates, friends through life. In Obummer’s case he shouldn’t have qualified to run, not becasue of questions about his birth but becasue of all the blank lines missing in his job application. Both sides of the isle dropped the ball. When Palin told McCain, we need to go after this stuff, need to question Obummer’s ties to Wright, Ayers, Vechio (the real estate tycoon, now in prison), the Soros connection, Acorn, I could go on and on…McCain refused to “attack” Obummer. He probably lost the election because of that Mr Nice Guy approach. We should never again accept a candidate for the highest office of the land with so many unanswered questions and so many lines left blank in their job application! We probably know more about the maintenance staff’s backgrounds at the Capitol then we know about Obummer! Congress needs to accept responsibility for that to never happen again, but we all know, politics is supreme and letting the truth get in the way just doesn’t fly in Washington!

Obama is a disgrace, a fraud, and without a doubt the most dangerous individual to hold that high office. That being said, if an attempt was ever made to remove him from the Presidency, by legal means or otherwise, this country would be torn apart, and I doubt it could survive. Half of the country currently is very content with his leadership, and a sizeable majority of those are passionate and rabid supporters. They would not stand idly by while their man was removed. The timing couldn’t be more perfect. Any presidental candidate who has questions about his legitimacy to run for office should be fully looked into. For some unknown reason Obama wasn’t. There are to many unanswered questions. Why are his school records sealed? Why was he able to travel to Pakistan when Americans were bared from doing so? Inquiring minds want to know. The absence of pressure from Liberal Media on Mitt Romney thus far is no accident, it is a ‘well-organized-seduction’ of Republican Primary voters to deliver increasing and timely chaos among Conservatives. A Mormon Republican Primary Winner will be a media driven dream come true; a perfect storm to orchestrate a Religious War with the participants being the Christians themselves.

Mitt Romney is the unanimous favored GOP Primary Candidate by the Liberal Elite Media in order to completely destroy The Republican Party in the upcoming November Presidential Election. These Liberal Vultures across the board from the New York Times to the major TV Networks are salivating a Romney Win in order to complete their agenda to render America, Godless!

Liberal Media can’t wait to unleash an ‘un-holy war’ on Christians pitting The Lord Jesus Christ against Joseph Smith, Mormon Founder, and The Angel Moroni’s Book of Mormon.

I want to make this clear, these observations are directed at Liberal Media, with no intent to disparage Mormons. I was employed by a Mormon Company and was treated far better than I deserved.

For over 16 years the newspapers all over the state of Utah were my clients, I dealt with editors and publishers from St. George to Ogden via Salt Lake City. While in Utah over those years in addition to the newspaper folks, I got to know a cross section of the citizens of Utah.

I naturally met the people visitors most always meet, people in service work; waitresses, hotel staff, storekeepers, police officers, and on one occasion a hospital emergency room crew. Most all of these nice folks were Mormons.

I didn’t bother to survey the people I met in Utah, but common sense assures the vast majority were active members in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I found the people courteous and helpful. If Mitt Romney wins the Republican Primary I will vote for him in November. I will vote knowing his religion will be the Trump Card to divert attention from the failed years of President Obama.

I’ll vote for Romney fully expecting his nomination to set off a media frenzy dissecting God, Christ, Faith, and Religious Denominations pitting one against the other. I believe, sadly, the conference of Christian Clergy’s endorsement of Rick Santorum is more opposition to ‘the Mormon’ than the Mormon’s(Romney’s) political record.

I expect open confrontation designed by the talking heads on TV and Liberal Columnists in the papers. They’ll feature on Prime Time Evening News ‘zealot Bible Thumpers’ to attack the Mormons. Media will find so-called Mormons outside the mainstream church to associate polygamy and other controversial issues to Mormons and Mitt Romney. One from the conference that endorsed Santorum, Richard Land, Southern Baptist, has already received media attention with his bashing Romney and Mormons overall. Land compared The Book of Mormon to The Qur’an.

Expecting media to suddenly get honest or religious zealots to show any amount of True Christian Compassion is as likely as The U.S. Congress suddenly telling the truth or suddenly having compassion for taxpayers.

If there ever was a time the Christians of America desperately need to try to align themselves with matters far more important than a religions denomination argument it is now! If there ever was a time Christians in America should forgo clinging to a political party for all the wrong reason it is now. Religion in America is about to endure months of harsh treatment by media using the most available Doctrines from all quarters.

Mormon Basic Belief will be the most difficult to defend, or even find minimum support outside The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. According to my best memory the Mormons believe the angel Moroni led Joseph Smith to hidden golden plates containing The Book of Mormon where Moroni wrote he had seen and spoken to Jesus face to face and that he had been shown extensive visions of the future.

I’m afraid available historical references such as the last paragraph will become the central challenge for non-Mormon Republicans to withhold judgement and overlook, or even necessary to defend over the months leading up to the November Election if we Conservatives expect
Mitt Romney to defeat Obama.

That compromise for many hard-nosed Republicans if Romney wins the primary will require The Angel Moroni to be The Keynote Speaker at The Republican National Convention.

  I remember when it wasn’t too long ago that the catholic church was being treated the same way. People were horrified with the thought that a CATHOLIC could become president. Don’t get the wrong idea from this because I’m not for Romney simply because he STILL thinks Romneycare is working, that he stated during a debate that he would REPEAL Obamacare only to say during a couple of interviews (one specifically on the Huckabee show) that he would sign 50 WAIVERS so that states that wanted to opt out…could (that wouldn’t cut costs or anything since the structure would still be in place) then in the past couple of debates Romney is right back to saying he will repeal Obamacare.   I believe that the main reason the Republican members of Congress refused to do anything about Obama, even though they knew full well that he was not eligible, is because they planned on doing the same thing. See, if they leave Obama in office and don’t make too many waves, they can say that since Obama was allowed to serve even though he was not constitutionally eligible, it set a legal precedent which would allow any American citizen to hold the office of president and vice-president.

The american people should stop getting side tracked on issues that should be way down the list of meaning full things that have a dramatic effect on the people as a whole. The Law of Succession only applies when an ELIBIBLE president vacates office due to death, resignation, or impeachment. Here’s two other possibilities should obama be declared ineligible.
1. obama’s entire 2008 campaign could be declared null and void and John McCain declared the winner of the 2008 election, retroactively. This will install McCain as president and Palin as VP.

Is this author trying to scare us or something? I think settling for Boehner for a few months would be far better than giving Obummer more free reign to destroy our constitution and our country. The line of succession has nothing to do with elevating Boehner to candidate status. In this case he would serve, in a sense, as Acting-President or Interim President until the elections this November and the inauguration in January 2013. That’s a whole lot better that letting Obummer serve right up to the inauguration, because he would be a lame duck and could cause some severe damage. I’d sure rather have Boehner than that!!!

Obama was ineligible from the start because his father was born in Kenya and a British subject.
Obama thus was not a “Natural-Born” citizen of the United States. Having just one parent born in the U.S. does not qualify. Native born and Natural-Born are worlds apart. Congress should remove him immediately, not just for this “error”, but for his numerous violations of the Constitution and oath of office.

Everything he has done “in office” is null and void. This is one heck of a mess that will take a while to straighten out.

If it is determined that Obama was not eligible to take office, then it would follow that all votes cast for him as President are null and void. Then the person with the highest electoral vote count would have been the winner. That person is John McCain.
