Maybe none of you care that american soldiers are dying over this but the commander-in-chief does, as he should. Your big hero General Petraeus apologized for the Koran burings in 2011 that led to the deaths of US troops and has condemned this latest incident. Does this make him a sorry excuse for a General?     Well guess what … It looks as if Obama wants to tax it 1% !!!

    YES, that is 1% tax on all bank transactions – HR 4646, every time it goes in and every time money goes out.

    1% tax on all bank transactions ~ HR 4646 – ANOTHER NEW OBAMA TAX SLIPPED IN WHILE WE WERE ASLEEP. Checked this on snopes, it’s true! Check it out yourself ~ HR 4646.

    President Obama’s finance team is recommending a one percent (1%) transaction fee (TAX). Obama’s plan is to sneak it in after the November elections to keep it under the radar.

    This is a 1% tax on all transactions at any financial institution – banks, credit unions, savings and loans, etc. Any deposit you make, or even a transfer within your own bank from one account to another, will have a 1% tax charged.

    If your paycheck or your Social Security or whatever is direct deposit, it will get a 1% tax charged for the transaction.

    If your paycheck is $1000, then you will pay Obama $10 just for the privilege of depositing your paycheck in your bank. Even if you hand carry your paycheck or any check in to your bank for a deposit, 1% tax will be charged.

    You receive a $5,000 stock dividend from your broker, Obama takes $50 just to allow you to deposit that check in the bank.

    If you take $1,000 cash to deposit at your bank, 1% tax will be charged.

    Mind you, this is from the man who promised that, if you make under $250,000 per year, you will not see one penny of new tax.

    Keep your eyes and ears open, you will be amazed at what you learn about this guy’s under-the-table moves to increase the number of ways you are taxed.

    Oh, and by the way, if you receive a refund from the IRS next year and you have it direct deposited or you walk in to deposit that check, you guessed it. You will pay a 1% charge of that money just for putting it in your bank.

    Remember, any money, cash, check or whatever, no matter where it came from, you will pay a 1% fee if you put it in the bank.

    Some will say, oh well, it’s just 1%. Are you kidding me? It’s a 1% tax increase across the board. Remember, once the tax is there, they can also raise it at will. And if anyone protests, they will just say, “Oh,that’s not really a tax, it’s a user fee”!

    Think this is no big deal? Go back and look at the transactions you made from last year’s banking statements. Then add the total of all those transactions and deduct 1%. Still think it’s no big deal?

      Even if the government calls this a ‘fee’, it’s the very same as charging tax on money that’s already been taxed — adding an additional 1% tax (or whatever the rate eventually goes up to) on top of what taxpayers are already being fleeced for in current exorbitant tax payments. My credit union charges no fees whatever for any type of transaction, even while they’re the folks who run the place and do all the hard work of handling and processing millions of financial transactions that occur, wondering why in the hell Obama believes HE deserves to rake off any percentage whatever of the private financial transactions the government has absolutely NOTHING to do with. Social Security payments legally belong to every individual who paid into their accounts all their lives, the government already using this money for years and years without recompensing the account owner for doing so. What a big dishonest bunch of crooked, thieving con-artists and scammers America has foolishly elected and will no doubt go out and foolishly elect again! I personally would like the country to just start all over again, wondering if the big zerO would order American patriots and truly justified revolutionaries shot like fish in a barrel the way Syria’s current leadership is doing?

      You got part of this right , the tax thing to your account is crap. We already paid tax on it before the money went into the account so it’s unfair. The other part about using the direct deposit was something they were working on way before Obama was ever heard of. It will save so much money by not using physical paperwork and the mail system and then the recycle process. They even had a plan for guys who don’t have a bank account, they get a debit card that is reloaded every month. It’s really a good thing but the 1% tax crap is just that, crap. So yes, please vote it down or tell your Reps to vote it down. I’m glad you brought this up, I almost forgot about it, I need to write my Reps now also. Thanks for the reminder.

    I remember what we did to those people that tried to sneak things behind our backs. This was during the Korean War. A lot of gun fire was heard outside the back door. Very effective gun fire. This kind of effort will be coming with a lot of gun fire noise.

    I’m not surprised that our spineless ( closet ) Communist president immediately apologized to the Muslim people and the Islamic terrorists for the burning of their Koran, considering that since his becoming our representative he has’nt protested or expressed any apathy or consideration for the burning of our Christian bible, the American flag, or the killing of innocent defenseless civilians throughout the world, by Muslim Islamic terrorists!
    Why dousn’t Hussein Obama stop pretending that he cares for the average American whether rich or poor, and admit what his true agenda is for the United States. To slowly convert America into a third world Socialist/Communist country, and Americans like third world citizens subserviant to the worlds wealthy and affluent.
    Because since becoming president, his actions putting a stop to the continued progress of America and its citizens has been suspect. And there are millions like sheep, that will give up their FREEDOM to follow him!
