    When the Supreme Court allowed Affirmative Action the finding included the statement that the time would come when this form of racism, i.e. selection by race, would no longer be needed. It even anticipated that time would be 30 years! Since we have elected a Negro, at least half, President that time is over. Affirmative Action will be thus struck down.
