Students Laugh at Obama

This one’s getting a little play out there, and I wanted to hear it myself, and I haven’t heard it yet. Obama was out in Shaker Heights, Ohio, a suburb of Cleveland. From what I’m told, it’s where the rich people of Cleveland live. And Obama was there, at Shaker Heights High School speaking about the economy and I’m told the students laughed at him, not with him, when he told them that they inspire him.

      Gingrich for president. The lamestream media is trashing Newt for “historical” baggage. All politicians have baggage if we dig deep enough, but the lamestream/left socialists won’t expose democrats, they love the big zero/Obama. Newt has made his mark with his “Contract with America,” a contract he fulfilled that no other politician can match. He is a true conservative.

      However, I will vote for anyone who runs against the Obama regime.

            If we put in a conservative majority in the House, a conservative majority in the Senate and then any one of the GOP Presidential candidates, the Pres won’t dare veto any conservative bills on his desk. The message should be clear, we don’t want Socialism!

        I don’t like Newt because he is for the individual mandate to purchase health insurance. I also don’t like his take on illegal immigrants.

      I saw a college survey recently that only 12% of students believed that the country was going in the right direction. Students voted 2 to 1 for Obama in 2008, there is a sharp drop from 60+ percent down to 12….Maybe it had something to do with the lack of jobs for themselves and their families, the loss of homes and businesses around them and the skyrocketing cost of college?

          College graduates for the past two years are still living off mommy and daddy since they cannot “launch”. They get free room and board, have Health Insurance until they are 26 and are free to join the local OWS movement and protest the 1%. What they don’t realize is that the policies of this administration have been so anti-business, employers will not hire. They should be marching in front of the White House and Congress instead of parading around in several cities, smoking pot and and living in tents.

    Lets hope more kids wake up. My daughter who had a pretty good head on her shoulders before college graduated a liberal and voted for the Obamanation but even she is starting to see what and abysmal failure he is.

      Schools are a big problem in their teachings nowadays. Some high schools teach evolution and professors are mostly liberals who spout their crap when given a chance.

        No not when “given a chance”. It’s more like ALWAYS! To the point, professors have kicked kids out of their classes for challenging them on their liberal points. Aren’t you glad you are paying big bucks for that indoctrination of your kids?

          I have a son that has gone back to school for his master’s and he is fed up with the teachers. He said that they are all liberal and they tell all of this garbage to kids that don’t know any better. He said that 1/3 are homosexual. His son is also in college. He goes to a different school but it is the same thing. When Obama was running before my grandson and his friends would just talk about how great Obama was. They don’t say that now.

            There are lots of former Obummer supporters that have seen the light. I can’t imagine anyone voting for him this time if they didn’t vote for him last time. Therefore, he should get way fewer votes this time. The dead voters sure have their work cut out for themselves.

          As far as colleges when I was going to college we all had to work very hard for all our credits. Every weekend we worked like a horse we had no time for garbage. Of course I was an Engineer major. I am sure things have not changed today much either. If you are a science or engineer major you can not be indoctrinated. If you have a BS major you are asking for it, paying for it and no job at the end of it.

        I remember when I was in high school we were taught the ‘theory of evolution’ but that is all it was just a theory. We also knew about creation and Who created us.

    Several months ago I read an interesting look at this idea… If becomes a laughing stock, he’s done. It was suggested a t-shirt or bumber stick with LOL with Obama’s logo inside the O would do it. I’d buy one or more without qualms.

    Could this be the start? Thinking people can only hope.

    Why do you think that the government is planning to make in damned near impossible for you to get a passport in the near future? To many citizens going expat.       The next step will be to put severe restrictions on how much if any money you can take out of the country. If you are retired and want to have your retirement sent to an ex-pat location it will not be allowed or a severe “transaction fee” will be charged and that fee will go to the government.

      1-24? Really? huh. My daughter at 5 knew the drawbacks of big government every time she saved her allowance to buy a toy or something she wanted and had to pay taxes on it.
      Staunch conservative from the word go, until going to college. She may lean a little left now but still is a financial conservative. I think she is still trying to see how that can be melded together but she is definitely a financial conservative.

    I’m not convinced they were really laughing at him..possibly. But nontheless, I’m going to break from the rest here -and from myself-and say that I don’t really want our school children laughing at our President. And trust me, I am NO fan of Obama’s whatsoever. But I want them to respect the Office. I don’t want them worshipping him and I don’t want them disrespecting him, as that is disprespcting the Office of the Presidency. If he should ever be addressing one of my grandchildren’s classrooms, I would hope that they would would sit quietly respectfully, but ask serious questions if given the chance. But yes, it would propbably be hard for them not to roll their eyes a little, as both of my grandchildren are very smart, both top of their classes and both aware of politics and current events at their young ages.

    A friend just told me that her daughter and three others were in Turkey in a taxi over Christmas. The driver asked them where they were from and one lady said she was Canadian. My friend’s daughter said she was an American from the USA. The taxi driver said: “Obama, no good. I love George Bush.” I thought Obama was beloved all over the world except the USA.

    However, I believe we should all be very worried about this election. The Kiplinger Report today said that there will be a third party candidate…someone who can’t win but will be a spoiler. A group called Americans Elect are working to get a candidate on the fall ballots in every state. I had read about this earlier on the internet, but that article said this is a group of Obama supporters who will try to take votes away from the Republican candidate so that Obama will be re-elected. The group is involved with John Podesta who runs some type of progressive group, and has been funded by a large donation from some progressive. This is frightening that the natural process cannot be played out; they are determined that Obama will be re-elected so that he can finish destroying this country. The article also said that Doug Schoen and Pat Caddell are involved with this group. They are Democratic pollsters and have written for the Wall Street Journal and appear on Fox as contributors.
