Arizona House Speaker to ‘Put Some Light on Fast and Furious’

As I wrote in a post for Big Government this past Sunday, January 22, the Arizona’s legislature has decided once more to do the job the feds won’t do, and has launched its own investigation into Fast and Furious. And during an appearance on FOX NEWS this morning, Arizona House Speaker Andy Tobin explained why they’ve taken this step. He said that constituents were flooding their offices with questions about the gun-running operation, and he said one recurring question was, “You’re not waiting for the feds [to do something] are you?” He then said the answer to that question was “No.”

    What do we expect from a federal government that is too, too big and lies to us all the time? Of course, Holder is a lyer and falsely accuses the members of congress who are investigating him "racists." Holder knows this is a HUGE lie. The American people know this is a HUGE lie. The very people who yell "racism" are the most "racist" of us all. Obumer, Holder and their fellow henchmen need to practice what they preach.       Arizona needs to declare a "state of war" exists with Mexico as the drugs cartels are "imminently invading " terrorists. Arizona would well be within their US Constitutional Rights to do so.

    Arizona is leading the pushback against a Federal Government that refuses to obey, enforce, or maintain the Rule of Law in this Constitutional Republic. It wouldnt surprise me if Az. decides to exercise its rights through the 10th Amendment. Nor would it surprise me if this is where the second AMREV starts. At that point, God help us all.

    Good for him, it's time all states start bypassing the "Do-Nothing Feds" before there ends up being more deaths. This administration needs to be ousted from office due to their lack of complying with their own Federal Laws, this is BS. They should all be held in contempt including the POTUS.     batfe agents are not being punished in any way. instead when they are caught they are reassigned. facing prison time for their crimes should encourage them to speak the truth. this would be a breach in holder's protection. issa already had to send the batfe a letter of reprimend and a warning that obstruction charges would be coming if they did not cease with trying to cover up evidence and intimidate witnesses.
    contact your federal congress critters and demand they support a full investigation and ful disclosure. holder has already committed perjury and obstruction of justice. it appears obama has also.
    do not defend, attack. there are several petitions circulating for holder's removal and arrest.

    I have to wonder , due to Obama's DOJ's past interference with all issues that run counter to their benefit if Obama & gangstas will just file another injunction demanding Arizona butt the hell out of it's rightful & Constitutional , 10th amendment , State Sovereignty issues

    I hope they have a lot of security once this investigation starts! I don't think the cartel thugs or the DoJ thugs (one and the same!) are going to allow this to come to the necessary end………….which would be to put Holder, Obama, and others directly involved in jail! Nor will these same thugs allow the truth to come out in any way.

    Criminals can be charged with federal AND state charges for some crimes. Since the gun sales occured within the state of Arizona, law enforcement officials have every right, and responsibility, to investigate. I suggest starting with the gun dealers. No doubt, ATF has left some of them to fend for themselves. Offer them immunity from state charges if they cooperate.

    One wonders if this is the real USA, for the head law enforcement officer in charge of the DOJ, breaks our laws at his whim, and then lies and covers it up. He prosecutes and declines prosecution for the sole reason of political agendas, so not even the innocent are safe, as the pro-life advocate the DOJ prosecuted, without proof of any wrong doing, under the direct orders of Eric Holder. Thank GOD that there was an honest judge to set her free and reprimand the DOJ, for some justice still prevails, no matter the influence of attack by Eric Holder and Obama, the architech of Holder's dishonesty and lawlessness.

    F&F was and is an attempt to kill the second amendment.

During the meeting, President Obama dropped in and, according to Sarah Brady, brought up the issue of gun control, “to fill us in that it was very much on his agenda,” she said.

    “I just want you to know that we are working on it,” Brady recalled the president telling them. “We have to go through a few processes, but under the radar.”

    Guess they didn’t go low enough, they are all over the radar.

    When the Feds don't do their job because of the fact they are the guilty party in this, then the states have to step up and do theirs. This was a deliberate attempt to make the 2-A look bad so they could then recover all the guns in the US. Then, of course, only they would have any means to destroy our once magnificent country.

    This episode that we are all witnessing gives rise as to why the South seceded from the Union in the 1860's. We did so NOT because of slavery but rather for states rights. We were tired of Washington telling us how to run our states. Lo and behold , here we are once again. The ONLY reason Fedzilla can dictate to the states what to do and how to run our prospective states is because we are a part of the UNITED states. But what controls do they have if each state one by one seceded from the UNION once again. Desperate time require desperate measures. It is a foregone conclusion that we are indeed in desperate times. We here in the South would be happy to show the rest of America how secession is accomplished.

The South seceded, to paraphase George Wallace, for slavery now, tomorrow, and forever! I want to add that American history on the slavery issue, during the four decades leading up to the Civil War, reads like a slow-motion version of the worldwide events during the decade leading up to the official start of World War II. The Southern slaveowners and sycophants (all DEMOCRATS) were like Hitler and the Nazis, Mussolini and the Fascists, and Tojo and his Shinto Imperialists, expanding slavery across America in their own form of LEBENSRAUM. The Northern Democrats were akin to the British and French appeasers including Neville Chambelain and Edouard Deladier, appeasing Southern Democrats with Munich-Peace-In-Our Time-style measures, including the Missouri Compromise, the Fugitive Slave Acts, the Kansas-Nebraska Bill, and the Dred Scott decision. (Northern Democrats also suppressed abolitionists in worse ways than Chamberlain suppressed Churchill!) The Whigs, who wanted to ignore slavery, were like 1930s American isolationists.     Now picture gang bangers in armed flash mobs, And just where did that army that Obama formed disappear to?

    Add to that a state governor that thinks there should be no elections for two years until the congress can fix the problems they are facing. And Obama does not think that Americans understand democracy as well as he does.
    It all leads to the UN small arms treaty that Hillary signed off on all to disarm the American populace.
    And the round about EPA ammunition suspensions under the lead ban that stops the supplies of ammunition getting to the people with out congressional oversight.
    And all these are now excuses to suspend the second amendment rights of the citizens. As well as the up coming elections for civil unrest.
    It all sounds treasonous to me

    Go Arizona! Mr. Issa is allowing Mr. Holder to drag his feet. He really does not want to prosecute him, look at the statement he made. Mr. Holder you owe Mexico an appology. I say B.S.. After you get done prosecuting him in AZ, will you surrender him to the Mexican Federales for criminal prosecution? I hope so. Let him do time in Mexico first, he may get life there.

    We of Arizona are very pleased with our Governor Brewer, for she is not just a Governor as some other States have. Governor Brewer is Arizona's answer to the New Jersey's Chris Christi. She displays wisdom, patient and sternness when necessary. Your attempt to portray her as any thing less then the fighter she is, does you harm as our confidence in you is slipping.
