      I don’t know how serious your post is, but as a born and raised Texan I can tell you that Texans are in no better position than the jews of Warsaw were at the beginning of WW2. Our unamerican federal gov’t has colluded to relinquish control of Texas to mexican illegals. Our little anglo kids are now forced to be minorities in their own schools and the legal Texan population is militarily forced to live in mexican dominated barrios or get up and leave the state. Now that the National Defense Autorization Act,1867, Section 1031, has stripped us of all of our rights, and allows the military police action on U.S. soil to arrest and detain U.S. citizens on U.S. soil we are no longer protected by the Posse Comitatus Act.. How long before the call to arm up and march? Keep your weapons loaded and handy we are going to need them..

            Norwalk Spectator…..You have a very good rebuttle to American (non) Patriot, and I would take whatever he says with a large grain of salt. He quotes the Bible a lot but I have some of his blog comments saved wherein they all reveal his hatred of Jews in the most dispicable words so be careful how seriously anyone takes his comments. He hates the direct decendents of Jesus, the Son of God, which is completely alien and incompatible with his Bible quoting vis-a-vis his antisemetic filth. So be careful — satan tried to tempt Jesus in the dessert with Bible quotes.

          Maine is no better. I was born in Maine but no longer live there. It has gone, along with the other New England states, liberal.
          When I was a young man welfare was looked down on. If you couldn’t support your family you were either a drunk or just plain lazy. And we put you to work on the town, ie, shoveling snow or sweeping the streets. You either worked or you didn’t eat. And everyone knew what you were. It caused a lot of people to change.
          There were only three ways someone could get assistence. One, family. Two church. Three community. There was no other way.
          No state or federal handouts. But those old independent, hard working people are all gone.
          Texans are a proud people and can take care of themselves. If it comes down to another Alamo I would be proud to stand with them. You don’t give up with a wimper like New England has done.

            William Swan: I liked what you wrote. I’m a Grate Depression brat. I could tell stories about my life that would make you sick. I remember one Christmes when my Christmas present came from the local fire department. A cowboy suit. Boy, was I proud. Families, friends and neighbors helped each other. The only charity came from churches, social groups and fire departments and the local Community Chest which operated on donations from the haves. Local government would donate to the Comunity Chest. All of this is gone, now, because of big brother government that wants to care for us from our birth to our deaths.

            That only makes sense from a business point of view. The closer you are to the Mexican border the more people you encounter who speak Spanish. If you want to increases your business with them then you need to be fluent in Spanish or have someone working for you who is.

          I have a custom built Ice Cream Vending truck and in 1977 I took the first of THREE trucks I’ve owned to FLA. to work the winter months. I saw the immigration problem THEN. Good thing I had Spanish in school also. There’s a couple streets in RUSKIN,FLA you’d swear you were in JUAREZ or TIJUANA. Old cars in yard,,refrig. on porch,,robin egg blue house trimmed in orange.             This week the Demonrats said in a NYT story that they are all but abandoning the white voters in place of these entitlement types.         Well said Mike. Like you I was born and raised in Texas, I now live in Arizona. We are in the same situation as you are. Obama has sued us for trying to protect our southern border. For doing the job Obama will not do. Some of our public schools that are suppose to be teaching Mexican kids English are teaching that the United States stold Arizona from Mexico without paying for it. Operation Fast and Furious is being covered up, while law enforcement officers are being killed. Obama wants to be able to declare Marshall Law to suspend the 2012 election.

            Not only O’Vomit but McCain and Levin should be tried for TREASON as well for their amendment… Buried in the annual defense appropriations bill is a provision that would give the President the power to use the military to intern anyone – including American citizens – indefinitely, and hold them without charges or trial, anywhere in the world, including on American soil. This would over throw the long standing Posse Comitatus Act, they tried to sneak through with a voice vote was one that would have allowed the government to indefinitely detain American citizens – even if they were tried and found not guilty – until Congress declared an end to the war on terror.

            Thanks to quick work by Senator Paul and his staff, he was on the floor to object to their attempt to slide this language through.

            Instead, Senator Paul called for a roll call vote that saw the amendment to the National Defense Authorization Act defeated by a vote of 41-59.

          Your right about AZ Phil. This administration is bound and determined to destroy our free enterprise system. But there are a lot of us that are not going to take this laying down. But don’t panic, I’m trying not too. I have faith in the majority of citizens here and I think, unless of course obama has millions of fraudulent voters come 2012, we will get rid of him. But you are right we do have to plan for the worst and hope for the best. If we have enough people willing to watch the voting sites perhaps we can keep the fraud out. I mostly worry about the voting machines, because they can be hacked. Freedom works is planning to train folks to observe the voting sites and will surely help. If you have not donated yet to help them do the training it would help. I guess they are taking volunteers as well.

          There is one of two possibilities here either obama is the dumbest president and just plain doesn’t know what to do. Or he is very smart and his intent is to destroy the nation. Take your pick! In any case he is not the man that will ever get things back on track. Unless removing our constitution and destroying capitalism is considered getting on track like it is with the OWS gang.

          We all know both he and hillary are intent on getting the UN small arms treaty accepted as law here in the United States. However, I predict if that happens there will be rebellion here in this country like never seen before in the world.

            According to what I understand about membership in the United Nations, if a member nation comes under martial law for more than 30 days, that nation’s constitution is declared null and void, and they are under International (UN) law.

            I’m with you. However just remember that when he does declare Martial Law he already has the help of the UN Troops that are already in this country and have been for years. Some of them could be your neighbors. Have any of you received any of the poll’s that ask if you support the 2nd amendment? I sometimes wonder who is really sending them out.           First – there is no such thing as “Marshall” law – it’s Martial Law. Second – Obama is in as big a danger from Martial law as anyone else. Go read about martial law – it’s puts a real GENERAL in charge – and Obama could find himself on the losing end of that stick for treason and oath breaking.

          and last but perhaps the most important thing about martial law – it takes the troops to do it – would our military follow such orders? would they split up and we have a REAL shooting war between men who understand the Constitution and will do their sworn duty to defend it against all enemies foreign and domestic (Obama fits that bill in both directions)?

          I think you are forgetting one small thing in American History that would upset your apple cart. It was call The War Between the States or the Civil War depending on which side of the Mason Dixon line your from. In that War States lost all right to pull out of the Federal Government. That was the number one concern that caused the War. Salvery was like fifth items on the list of importance. Texas lost that right because they were at that time part of the United States.
          I agree with the influx of Latin American migration into this country. Not that they want to come into the country, but that they show no signs of becoming American’s. They show all signs of remaining with their home origins. If we moved to Mexico we would have to learn Spanish and become accustomed to their national holiday’s and culture. We wouldn’t celibrate The Fourth of July like they do here, display the Stars and Strips like they do show their nation flag here.
          They should combine their culture with the American culture just like every other person did when they first came to this country.

            Any state that could and did secede from the Union in 1860 still has the right to do so now. Nothing has changed other than the cowardly attitudes of our politicians. The idea of secession is inherent in our system. The “North” refused to abide by the Constitution and the delineated “states rights” so the “South” acted to maintain Constitutional integrity. In other words, the “South” simply seceded from a corrupt system and fought to maintain the Constitution as written. Any state can do that at any time. It is notable that Jefferson Davis was held by the “Yankees” after the war. They tried to put him on trial for “war crimes and sedition”. They were unable to do that because secession is not a crime. According to our founders’ philosphy, it was a duty and a responsibility.

Since Texaas was an independent Republic before joining the USA, for the second time after the Civil War, it has the right to secede. None of the other 49 states has that right.             That’s not true. All States have the right to seceed. During the debates for the ratification of the Constitution in 1798,the commonwealth of Virginia was a hold out for it’s vote to ratify the constitution. Basically what they said was if this new organization of United States and a Federal Government were not holding up their end of the agreement in regard to following the rules as per the Constitution,and fair representation,State sovreignty,and States rights, or to overreach beyond the 18 enumerated powers. Then they(Virginia) had the right to remove themselves from said Union. The delegation agreed to this and so Virginia signed on and ratified the Constitution. So in effect precedence has been set. SO not only can Texas seceed from the Union but any state can petition grievence and ask to leave the union. Unfortunately Abraham Lincoln and the Federal government forced the states to remeain in the union,stalled the southern states for ten years while they built up their industry and military,and then pushed the southern states to the brink of frustration and anger. The southern Confederacy would not tolerate a union prescence on their territory and Lincoln ingeniously devised a plan to get the south to fire the first shot at Ft. Sumter,South Carolina. Hopefully history will not repeat itself on this issue.

          This is an old wives tale that I wish people would quit perpetuating. When Texas was officially annexed into the U.S. on December 29, 1845 it gave up its rights as a sovereign Republic and became the 28th state bound by the U.S. Constitution. Further, the Texas Constitution was rewritten and accepted by by President Andrew Johnson in August, 1866, when Texas rejoined the Union after the Civil War. There is no such provision in the current Texas Constitution.

            Sorry, ’48. My history is not the issue. Texas was readmitted to the Union in August, 1866 after the 1865 ratification on the 13th Amendment abolishing slavery. Further, Article IV, Section 3 of the Constitution provides that : … no states may be formed WITHIN other states … It’s the law ’48.

            I agree with most of the above and we all need to realize the 2012 POTUS election is the most important election in the history of our country. Several main items that need to be addressed among ourselves and live with those as top priorities EVERYDAY through said election. Since we well may be shooting at each other(Reps/Dems) every nonliberal should own guns and ammo and, just as importantly, be a member of the National Rifle Association(Men and Women). We also need to press our politicians to stand up against the Dems, EPA and Big Oil to get more refineries built and start drilling for some of the oil we have that in larger availabilitythan any country in the world. Apparently a large percentage of our GOP politicions are also on the take from big oil or that would be the top issue in the 2012 elction. Perhaps we will end up giving it to China and the others we have borrowed from. This isssue would put millions to work and drop the price of oil dramatically. The OIL issue alone could put us back where we were 20 years ago as far as a way of life in this country. In my biased opinion Newt Gingrich is the only person in the running who is capable of getting us where we want and need to be. He would blow Obama away in ANY debate. No other candidate even approaches Gingrich as far as getting us where we need to be.If Newt can’t get it done then we all can just kiss this country goodby.

Catering to the special interest groups is intended to delute the voting pool. Eventually, it will be the Christians against all others. If you have been observing obama’s actions, he does a little bit for this group, like pulling the military out of Iraq & Afghanistan, gaining rights for queers in the military, destroying the political campaigns of his opponents, which eventually leaves a voting electorate with few choices to choose from. But I can say this though, we all have figured out the game, and regardless of who we are left with, the majority will not vote for obama again. I only hope the next president holds the people accountable for their actions. They must answer for what they have done, nothing short of treason.

It was the first State to succeed from the Union and I’m proud of that since we succeeded due to Washington, DC, taking our State Rights away. Slavery had nothing to do with it. Now, with President Zero, States are being sued when defending their State Rights. Since the Civil War, NC has been inundated by carpetbaggers and they run most everything, and you can see the mess we are in with a continuation of their tax and spend. Most everyone living around me has moved from the North after destroying their state.           Actually, Texas comprised the territory it has now, NM to the Rio Grande, about a third of CO, and small parts of OK, KS, and WY.
          And it is a myth that Texas can secede legally. The real thing they can do is break up into as many as 4 or 5 separate states, giving them more representation in the Senate, but not the House.
          I’m not in favor of secession from the Union. That would only weaken us to a point of no longer being a world power. I am in favor of a general redo, and reconstitute our government and nation under strict interpretation of the Constitution.
          The Federal Govt. must be reigned in, and relegated back to it’s limited role. State sovereignty is the issue, and the only thing that will save this great nation.

            Thus, Greece, the home of Democracy, is now definitely not being run as a democracy!
            The EU was set up to attempt to rival the USA.
            Unfortunately, there are 27 Member States in the EU, with only 14 being in the Euro.
            The trend in Europe is to authoritarianism.
            In the USA there are checks and balances to prevent this.
            However a determined caucus of inner power could well subvert the Constitution.
            Fortunately for the USA, the Consitution enabled a Bill of Rights, whivh lays out the FREEDOMS of all Americans,
            (Something that the EU has been careful never to do.)
            If people think the USA is in trouble, just look across the Atlantic and see the future demagogery in action.
            This was in play in the 1930s…WWII resulted.

        Texas cannot withdraw from the United States. It can, however, divide itself into five states without asking the Fed Govt if it may do so. This provision was made as a condition of Texas joining the Union. The reason for being able to divide into five states is the additional states would give more senators and representatives in Southern states thus help to dilute the power of Northern states in congress.

          However, I am willing to go with the popular vote of Americans for what finally comes to be. I have compassion for these people who wanted a better life, but at the same time, they “DID” break the countries immigration laws to reside here.

Our immigration laws are to assure that criminals and foreign enemies never enter OUR country and to control the numbers of legal immigrants as not to overwhelm available resources. Have you seen what happens when immigrants in the thousands from war torn countries descend on cities of 50-60K. Housing gets filled and most have new cars and use language barriers at mis-spelling of complex names for additional applications and potential checks from the government and more still come. Where do they get ther money from??? You as you sit at your computer commenting on a picture of America (Texas) you won’t take a serious look at.

        I am happy for Mrs Chong that she had the courage and conviction to change parties. Changing from a Constitutional Law Profession (Obama) who doesn’t seem to know the law to Ron Paul is not a big leap. I just don’t think he can defend America on the the outside of our borders from those who would amass troops against us from a staging position in nearby countries who have presidents of similar character to ours. Class warfare is all than Obama has left after his three years in office and after an American history of entitlements and welfare for the able-bodied. California wants to split into two states and other states are said to be considering the same because big cities in one section or another acknowledge few of the needs of less populated areas.

Some investigate and follow facts and rightly or wrongly assemble the facts. American and Texas (and every state) are under seige. The saddest part is that most don’t look past the Hispanic factor to the hostiles from other countries who see our regular arguments over immigration and other Obama feeble policies and see our tipping point and are sacrificing their lives to see that we fall.             There is no way to prevent all the voter fraud, but we can decrease its impact by working at the polls and in the counting rooms to assure a fair vote and count.         The Fed did not MANDATE that Texas provide in state tuition for illegals in education. The Texas legislature passed the bill and Gov. Perry signed it.

        I’m still trying to figure out what the US Government would actually do, besides sue you in court, if a state just told them to shove it. Well, we know you would get your government funding/stimulus money bag cut off – but with the cutting of that funding – so would they cut the chains attached (not strings – steel chains). Let the lawyers wrangle in court forever since it takes that long to get it to the Supreme Court anyway. the real danger would be to see who the Texas National Guard would take orders from – the President or the Governor of Texas.

One of the differences between Libetarians and Conservatives is that Libetarians go by a very strict interpretion of the words, Conservatives overlay a traditional value system. This is one of those issues where Conservatives deviate from the Constitution (like the left ususally does) in order to uphold what they believe in morally. I don’t believe in legalized marijuana, but I strongly believe the states should make that decision. It is NOT a Federal right to control it if it stays within the borders of a state.       I don’t thing he is to far right, I think that he is right on a lot of issues, However I’m not sure he can win the national election. The reason people think he is so far right is because of the way the national media portrays an elected official who does not fit into there liberal ways. If you really look at Ron Pauls voting record, He votes according to the US Constitution. He voted against the Iraq war because he felt that the United States was not attacked or at war with Iraq. That took courage from any politician ( Republican or Democrat). Since many of them just jumped on the bandwagon and fell in line. I don’t feel that most of our politicians have the guts to follow there convictions. I may not agree with all the issues of Ron Paul, But I certainly believe that he votes his convictions and he is truly one of the last politicians I trust.

It is a total shame that the “Tea Party” didn’t become an official party the day of the 2010 elections – they could have pulled it off in the House of Representatives and had some power – as it is, they fell under the spell of the establishment Republicans – and so here we are two years later – facing again the same, the very same problems from then.

      U.S. Supreme Court Has Ruled on Obama’s Eligibility!!By Craig Andresen on November 13, 2011 at 5:23 pm
      According to the United States Supreme Court, Obama is ineligible to be the President. That’s right, you read that correctly. The United States Supreme Court has ruled that Obama is ineligible to serve as President.

      It’s not that you haven’t been paying attention lately and yes, you can be excused for missing the ruling as it came down, not in the last few days but back in 1875.

      This is the argument currently being made by the Liberty Legal Foundation.

      The Liberty Legal Foundation has filed not 1 but 2 lawsuits, one in Arizona and the other in Tennessee neither of which have one single thing to do with Obama’s birth certificate OR challenging whether or not Obama was born in the United States.

      There is no need for either in regard to these lawsuits.

      At the core of this action is a simple request that Federal courts uphold the Supreme Court ruling. Both lawsuits, and the Liberty Legal Foundation promises there will be more, would render it impossible for the Democratic National Committee to place Obama’s name on the 2012 ballot.

      Here’s the crux of it.

      Back in 1875, the United States Supreme Court, in Minor v, Happersett, ruled that:
      “Natural Born Citizen” was defined as children born of two U.S. citizens – regardless of the location of the birth. It found: “The Constitution does not, in words, say who shall be natural-born citizens. Resort must be had elsewhere to ascertain that. At common-law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also.”

      Obama’s problem, by his own admission and records of the State Department is this:

      Obama’s father was not a United States citizen.

      Therefore, via Minor v, Happersett and the United States Supreme Court in 1875, Obama is ineligible because, since his father was not a U.S. citizen, Obama is not a natural born citizen.

      For a person to run, as his or her party’s nominee for President, the party must issue certification that the person named is eligible under the United States Constitution to become President.

      Because the Constitution does not specify the definition of “Natural born citizen” it was left to the United States Supreme Court which, in 1875, defined it as a person born in a country of parents who were its citizens and, Obama’s father was NOT a U.S. citizen.

      Bring this up to your liberal friends and they will laugh at you and call you a right wing nut job for saying Obama is ineligible but the quick and accurate response is clear. YOU are not saying this, and neither is the Liberty Legal Foundation. Obama is ineligible so sayeth the United States Supreme Court and if they care to attempt to label the United States Supreme Court of 1875 as right wing nut jobs…so be it and good luck with that.

      If the Democratic Party should certify Obama, in the face of this ruling, they would be acting in a fraudulent manner and according to the actions being brought by the Liberty Legal Foundation, it is the political parties which are solely responsible for that certification and the Liberty Legal Foundation intends to hold BOTH parties accountable.

      To be specific, the case of Minor v. Happersett was not intended as to solve the question of Presidential eligibility at all. That case was in regard to a woman’s right to vote and while the case itself didn’t draw this specific issue into question, the Chief Justice, Morrison Waite, did, in fact address it in the issuing of the Supreme Court’s decision.

      “The Constitution does not, in words, say who shall be natural-born citizens. Resort must be had elsewhere to ascertain that. At common-law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives, or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners. Some authorities go further and include as citizens children born within the jurisdiction without reference to the citizenship of their [88 U.S. 162, 168] parents. As to this class there have been doubts, but never as to the first. For the purposes of this case it is not necessary to solve these doubts. It is sufficient for everything we have now to consider that all children born of citizen parents within the jurisdiction are themselves citizens. The words ‘all children’ are certainly as comprehensive, when used in this connection, as ‘all persons,’ and if females are included in the last they must be in the first. That they are included in the last is not denied. In fact the whole argument of the plaintiffs proceeds upon that idea.”

      No doubt, liberals will attempt to cling to this line:

      “Some authorities go further and include as citizens children born within the jurisdiction without reference to the citizenship of their [88 U.S. 162, 168] parents.”

      Note that the Chief Justice Waite follows that with:

      “As to this class there have been doubts, but never as to the first.”

      In this, the Chief Justice, and therefore, the Supreme Court makes clear that the one definition to which there is no doubt is:

      “…that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also.”

      Indeed, there are 4 cases in which the United States Supreme Court has addressed “Natural Born Citizen.

      1) The Venus, 12 U.S. 8 Cranch 253 253 (1814)

      “The citizens are the members of the civil society; bound to this society by certain duties, and subject to its authority, they equally participate in its advantages. The natives or indigenes are those born in the country of parents who are citizens. Society not being able to subsist and to perpetuate itself but by the children of the citizens, those children naturally follow the condition of their fathers, and succeed to all their rights.”

      2) Shanks v. Dupont, 28 U.S. 3 Pet. 242 242 (1830)
      “Ann Scott was born in South Carolina before the American revolution, and her father adhered to the American cause and remained and was at his death a citizen of South Carolina. There is no dispute that his daughter Ann, at the time of the Revolution and afterwards, remained in South Carolina until December, 1782. Whether she was of age during this time does not appear. If she was, then her birth and residence might be deemed to constitute her by election a citizen of South Carolina. If she was not of age, then she might well be deemed under the circumstances of this case to hold the citizenship of her father, for children born in a country, continuing while under age in the family of the father, partake of his national character as a citizen of that country. Her citizenship, then, being prima facie established, and indeed this is admitted in the pleadings, has it ever been lost, or was it lost before the death of her father, so that the estate in question was, upon the descent cast, incapable of vesting in her? Upon the facts stated, it appears to us that it was not lost and that she was capable of taking it at the time of the descent cast.”
      3) Minor v. Happersett , 88 U.S. 162 (1875)
      “The Constitution does not in words say who shall be natural-born citizens. Resort must be had elsewhere to ascertain that. At common law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners. Some authorities go further and include as citizens children born within the jurisdiction without reference to the citizenship of their parents.”
      4) United States v. Wong Kim Ark, 169 U.S. 649 (1898)
      “At common law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children, born in a country of parents who were its citizens, became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives, or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners.”
      Clearly, by any of the 4 cases in which the United States Supreme Court has addressed the issue of “Natural Born Citizen” Obama, by the opinions rendered, is not one.

      If Obama is not a natural born citizen, he is therefore ineligible to run for or to serve as, the President.

      Section 1 of Article 2 of the United States Constitution states:

      “No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.”

      As the Constitution offers no definition of “Natural Born Citizen” it falls to the United States Supreme Court and the 4 cases in which the Supreme Court provides such a definition appear above.

      Forget the birth certificate or swirling questions as to his place of birth, the United States Supreme Court has made it clear.

      Obama is not eligible to serve as President and should his name appear on ballots in 2012, it will appear there fraudulently.

The reality is that Newt’s wife divorced him and they remain good friends to this day. I doubt she would be friends with him if he had done as so many claim.       I respect your opinion on Ron Paul but the truth is he has as many hang ups as any candidate on certain issues. While he is sound on the Federal Reserve and elimination of it, his views on Iran and denying aid to Israel cost him dearly and he was roundly booed by the audience when he made his comments during the debate. The Liberals and even the Communist Party support him so this should tell you that they want him to be the Republican nominee and make Obama a sure bet to win reelection.
      It would be wise to hold your nose and vote for the Republican nominee because you sure don’t want another four years of Obama or total destruction of our economy.

    …you know, there is a big world of difference between someone voting for a Republican in a primary, and that person voting Republican in the general election. I think a wave of democratic voters swamped early primaries and gave us McCain last time around. I actually think it is a well established democratic strategy to vote in republican primaries in order to get republicans to nominate weak, or centrist candidates. I would be completely surprised if the person in the story actually voted against Obummer in the general election. We need to be vigilant…

    Three years ago, in2008, two weeks before Christmas, I was driving around one night here in Metro Detroit, and the guy on the radio program I was listening to said something I’ll never forget. He said, that Gore Vidal, the writer, supposedly said that Obama was naive when it came to the military, and the U.S. will be under military dictatorship soon. Haven’t heard it before or since that night. I’ve wondered the past three years, what would promt the military to take over, if they ever did. And what would the country be like with a president Petreaus?

We have a president who is advocating socialism, paralyzing business with onerous regulations and government controls, penalizing the health industry with the Obamacare law, and calling for class warfare and dividing Americans against each other. We have a Congress who is unable to pass a budget or control spending, a justice department out of control, and an EPA that is hampering businesses with stifling new regulations and requirements. It’s no wonder people are reconsidering their allegiance to the Democratic Party. If something doesn’t work, a person with any common sense at all will try something different. Many people are therefore looking elsewhere for a change they can believe in.

    Re: ‘keep your pantries full’, etc. Be aware, if you’re not, of Executive Order 11490, which gives (I’m not aware of any change in this though there needs to be)FEMA the right to take any supplies you have stored, move anyone, split families for work or detention camps, etc. Pretty amazing, right? Congress is passing (just passed?) a law giving the US military the right to arrest, detain (w/o warrent or charges) ANYONE suspected of bein a terrorist, right here in the US! (congress claims it is only for al-Qaida affiliated terrorists, but the wording appears to be so vague it could apply to anyone). Theoretically we have a ‘checks and balance’ system, but I’m sure our founding fathers did not envision such a ‘gutless’, corrupt congress. It’s time to ‘drain the swamp’ and start over. It’s not enough to just say. “they’d better not come for my stuff..”!

When the Soviet Union collapsed, the official position of our Federal government was yes, the Baltic states should be allowed to become independent republics. We can make the same case for States being allowed to withdraw from a collapsing, corrupt central government.     ron paul is for the constitution. the usa did well with the freedoms produced by the constitution, abundance too,we were the envy of the world,
    we have strayed from it. and have strayed from freedom and abundance too. if we go back to the constitution ,we can regain those things. most people hate the constitution, they say it is 200 yrs old, and bad. they are misled,and believing communists who truly hate freedom.
    our leaders take a solemn oath to respect the constitution, they lie, they do not.
    here is part of why we fail. the federal gov. is to do 1 job period. protect from enemies foreign and domestic. that is it. the states are to do ALL the rest. they are allowed to do stupid things and can be sued as to their constitutionality. they compete for the good citizens, this way stupid policy is tempered with the knowledge that a exodus of good people will occur.
    this is real competition. this is what produces the best ,the most efficient at the lowest price.

      The American Communist Party is a registered organization within our country and required to keep records of membership and agenda’s in their party.
      People should look up the agenda of their party and look at what is going on in our country.
      Now we get to the good part when I say look up the membership roster and check the names of political leaders in our country against these card carrying Commies list and you’ll see we have both Democrats and Republicans to be registered Communist.

    With Cain’s departure from the race, that leaves a total of three people worth voting for. They are Paul, Bachmann and Santorum. Vote for any one of these three but leave the rest out. I will now support Paul. I firmly believe the only way to repair the myriad problems we face is to return to our constitutional roots and Ron Paul is the only one with the intestinal fortitude to do just that.

    Should Bachmann or Santorum be the nominee, I would vote for them in the general as well. However, should any of the others be nominated, I’ll vote for Obama. There is no sense in continuing the clinical insanity of voting another liberal into office and expecting a different result. I would prefer keeping the one we have because the disappointment will not be so great because I expect him to be a liberal.

That requries getting the right laws passed and put into action. Some who offer for president have the right thinking, but have failed to put that into action. The President must work with the Congress to get a good givernment. Look at the candidates and ask yourself, “What has this person done to get good laws passed and what has this person done to influence Govco to do right!”

Democrats will be voting in droves in Republican primaries because it’s not going to affect their own guy. They want to make it look like Dr. Paul has a chance at the Republican nomination. That werves two purposes for Dems: it helps them to cause as much havoc as possible in the Republican primary and could tempt Sen.     This woman that the Judge interviewed was first and foremost, a peacenik, so that’s why she liked Ron “Blame America First” Paul. But I imagine that a lot of Rats who jump ship and who have concerns that go beyond war would support Perry, who after all, began his political career as a Democrat and only changed the letter after his name on the ballot to run for a state-wide office, since he knows that a Democrat can’t win a state-wide office in Texas.

    Although Ron “Blame America First” Paul most ofter sides with the left, most Rats would be terribly disappointed in him, since he would do conservative things like rein in the BATF and EPA and launch a full-scale attack on the Fed. I just don’t see that many Rats supporting Paul.

    If they jump, I think that most of them will go with Perry, based on his very good Democrat credentials.

    The media is also trying to make themselves relevant, by now actually reporting on some FACTS…yet still trying to not allow Conservatives, and smaller government ideas, to mess up their golden goose of agendas. A half-truth is a LIE, and many Americans are just beginning to wake up.
    Truth be told, BOTH PARTIES got us here, and blame is ignorance at this point. The Constitution warns us, as well as many of our founders, that the enemy from within, is even more dangerous than the enemy we see in plain view. I believe that is why a ten page bill, turns into tens of thousands, with legal mumbo-jumbo you need an army of lawyer’s to get to the FACTS.
    Many will change their mind about Obama, because he didn’t go far enough. I believe, that God is giving us all the opportunity to discern the truth, and has exposed fraud, lies, liars, tax cheats, cheats, murderers by the act of abortion, thieves by the acts of taxes, the sin of covet…by racial, economic, educational, political and religious means…and at, least from my understanding, will use all that and more to brings us into the arms of Socialism…and probably much farther. He also said that all the Republican candidates are on the same team, it’s all of their jobs to get Obama out, who ever ends up in the slot. So please, who ever gets in everyone vote for them. We can’t afford to let Obama stay in office. Newt has the best shot at it, also the most experience. And even if there is some of his policies you don’t agree with, it’s not that important right now.     The one thing I see in this article that might be looked over is that maybe the DemocRat Party knows that they have no chance of reelection of Obama without showing they’re unity is breaking up. The polls show Obama at a low 40s or high 30s approval rating. There is no way to win with numbers like that. With the falseified unemployment numbers this week, now showing some of their members jumping ship, accompanied by ACORN pulling their underhanded tricks; this might be the only way for Obama to be reelected. The forged unemployment numbers will shore up some of the doubt. Some of them showing they are jumping ship gives rise to a third party candidate being able to win. Then, there is always ACORN to come in with voter fraud and other tricks they have to ensure Obama can get reelected. Most likely, those people that decide to put Ron Paul as a candidate will hope to draw enough Republican votes away that there is no way a candidate could win against Obama. Those Dems that originally vote for Paul in the primary will state that they became disenchanted with him and decided that Obama would be better than the other two.

    Be very careful as to having a third party candidate. I think it is just a distraction by the Dems, because they see the writing on the wall. Without using every dirty trick in their arsenal, there is no way Obama can get reelected.

I say that because I am hesitant to attribute a great deal of joy to the prospect that this Dem, and others like her, will vote for Ron because I don’t trust them.     Here in Afghanistan, there are many who have the same opinion, this concerns, who is supplying the Taliban. Back in Aug. the vehicles that got hit went from damage to total destruction. The opinion that has formed in combat is that the United States is supplying high grade plastics to the Taliban.. Our conclusions come from the blasts. Before they would leave soot and heat marks. After several deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan and no end in sight, they would just as soon we change out the government in charge. He will not give up and he will do everything to stay in power.I know some of you dislike Newt Gingrich and I knew some of you will say he has a lot s of baggage but are you going to hold this if you all know he will beat Obama and bring back our country of what it use to be. I do not like him before and I firm not to vote but when I hear him on debate my point of view has change and I know he will do everything to take Obama down and send him where he belongs. Mr. Roomy has a talent and good for creating jobs but he is still a lot more to learn on the other hand Mr. Gingrich has more experience on the political area and he will do better to tell Obama to take all his crap and lies to Kenya where he belongs. Now if you all want another disaster and make this country more in debt just don’t come to mamas crying. Everything I had told and said it’s true because I live with it and I can not forget those awaking night that everything are so quite but then again it’s scary to think the next day you will hear people been killed for no other reason. I am not trying to scare you all but it will happened if you make a wrong decision. Think a thousands times before you cash your vote, your vote is important and it’s your freedom to have a better life and your future grandchildren.

    It is foolish to vote for Ron Paul. I believe these people are going to the Indepentant party to take votes away from the Republicans. Whoever is the Rep. candidate we as Conservatives have to vote for that person because Obama cannot win or else that is the end of our Country as we know it.
