Herman Cain Endures Lecture on Blackness from MSNBC White Guy

I have here a series of sound bites, they’re from MSNBC, Lawrence O’Donnell interviewing Herman Cain. One, two, three, four, five of them. Our policy here, ladies and gentlemen, is not to include on our sound bites the employee of the network. We just use the guest. It’s primarily about fair usage. For example, Lawrence O’Donnell doesn’t work here, he works at MSNBC. So what happens on his show within time constraints is free for us to use under fair usage rules, but we’ve always drawn the line at actually using the talent unless it’s just a quick sentence or two. And I’m gonna abide by that because it’s a broadcast courtesy as well as anything else.

I was so close to making an exception because O’Donnell berates Herman Cain for not being a good black. He berates him for not actually understanding what it is to be black. And Herman Cain stands his ground here. This is the kind of thing that makes me think we are never going to overcome this divide because of the left. Now, they claim that they are the ones who are colorblind, they are the ones who are open-minded and tolerant, when in fact they are the biggest bigots among all of us. No, O’Donnell is not black. He is the plantation master. The libs run a plantation, and the blacks in the Democrat Party are the people that work for ‘em. And in order to serve in the Democrat Party as a black, you gotta toe the line. It’s just a reworking on the old traditional arrangement.

  And just how did you acquire that piece of information? A lot of people of all races went to schools on government grants/funds. Do you have formal education, least of all a masters degree in mathematics? Business administration? BA? Anything? One should not stereotype anyone regardless of color, that is why we have discrimation in this country along with other ills.

Obviously did not get to the part of the interveiw where Cain was HIRED by the navy do the mathematical calculations for our military. This was a bit of schooling as to how to give an interveiw by a candidate. He just earned MY vote!

        While I do like Rubio as a Senator, I do remember reading something in a couple of different sources that Rubio came here as a child refugee along with his Cuban born parents. Just because the Dems put an unqualified (on several levels) person in as president, it does not make it right for the Republicans to do the same. And also remember please… that the vice president must meet all of the eligibility requirements for president whereas he may be called upon to take over the office and serve as president.
        
        I too like Michelle for either Pres or VP. But after watvhing Santorum rake Perry over the coals a couple of debates ago, I wouldn’t quite rule him out just yet as a VP potential.
        
        Herman Cain proved himself to be not only well educated, but extremely well spoken, rational, and graceful when dealing with O’Donnell. I was ready to grab O’Donnell through the screen and slap him into next week.
        
        I have no problem with a “Black person” in the oval office. All that I ask is: make them eligible under the Constitution; educated; not a lawyer; not a career politician; and someone who the only apologizing that they’ll do is for the apologizing that the current pres has done.
        
        Give me a Herman Cain, or a Condy Rice, James Earl Jones, Bill Cosby, even Lauren Green or Harris Faulkner from Fox News! Just give me someone that fits the bill.
        
        If you look back in history, our earlier Presidents were mostly farmers and shop keepers. As were our Representitives and Senators. They didn’t believe in career politicians. They looked at career politicians as “the ruling elite”. The same type of clowns that they had gotten rid of not to long ago in their time. no one holding a title (Duke, Prince, Knight, etc) can run for president. Let’s get back to the originally intended principles of our founding fathers.

        I Agree with you, however he should be VP first. Getting a president with absolutely no political experience may not be that good. Remember, obama had no real political experience and look what he has done. Now don’t take that wrong, I know Cain is no obama but the economy is not the only thing obama has screwed up.         Go listen to Sean Hannity as has had Mr. Cain on his show on the radio and on the TV several times. Cain has been grilled on his policies and views by many people and he is a TRUE conservative. If you are ONLY listening to the mainstream media, you owe it to yourself to listen to OTHER sources. Once you do, you will know that Cain is a TRUE American and not a device of Socialists or Communists.

        He’s been a sucessful businessman of a national chain store company. He’s definitely educated and smart (not always the same thing). He also seems to possess something very uncommon in DC… Common Sense!
        
        If George Bush had done one tenth of the crap that King Barry I has, there would be prople storming the fence of the White House. But because King Barry is black, he gets a pass on everything for two reasons. One, he is black. Two, he’s the darling of the liberal lame stream media. He can do no wrong! According to the media. Now, that’s racist! He gets a pass because he’s black?! His black Attorney General refuses to prosecute the Black Panthers in Philadelphia who were standing outside of a polling place because the offended and threatened parties were white?! That’s racist!       After they were captured, Castro paraded them on national TV and interviewed them one by one.
      When he got to the black Cuban, Tomas Cruz was his name, Castro told him;
      Do you know that now cuban blacks are permitted by the revolution to bath in Cuban beaches?
      Mr. Cruz answered :
      ” I was always permitted to swim in the beaches here, but now I didn’t come here to take bath in the sun, I came to fight for freedom and justice”
      I believe that Mr. Cain is doing exactly that; Fighting for his right to choose.

      Obama was never a professor or teacher. He was a lecturer on Constitutional Law & other issues. He supposedly had a Law degree to practice Law in Chicage but voluntarily gave it up under questionable circumstances. His wife also voluntarily gave up hers. Some have suggested they were both given the option to voluntarily surrender their license to practice Law or be disbarred for inappropriate or illegal activity. The Chicago mob probably gave them a choice they couldn’t refuse.

      On that note (because I’m sure that someone is going to try to defend it), beside him being born in a hospital that didn’t even exist for another 17 or 18 years… why is it that no hospital, no Doctor, no Nurse, not even a diaper cleaning service has come forward to say that they were there and delivered or witnessed the birth of?!??? How did the birth get published in the newspaper? There is no proof required to submit a notice of birth, or even death. You walk in, fill out a form, pay any fee that might apply, and VOILA!   And still accomplish NOTHING. Herman Cain shows what his education has done for him – what have you accomplished? Herman Cain is a man of principals – do you have any? Herman Cain is a man that has shown you can better yourself through determination and hard work. He did NOT say, “Give me a job and pay me well because I am educated”. The one you hurt the most was yourself, as you lost a lot of productive time with family that you will never gain back. We are on this earth for a relatively short length of time & that time should be used wisely, for we don’t know how much time is left on our life clock. I’m almost seventy, so my time is even shorter & I have many more things I want to accomplish to make my family’s life easier after I am gone. That said, I will not waste my time on booz, mind altering drugs or illegal activity. My intent is to provide for my family even after my death for no other reason than my love for them. I advise you to do the same.

If you are an exception that becomes wealthy, you may return that amount or more as a thank you to the people that supported that Grant or even an interest free loan. Not everyone has that option or believes they are obligated to do so. Some of our most brilliant scientists were not rich when they went to College, but they have definitely made our life much richer & easier as a result of that education.

It’s a little hard to get away from the long arm of government and it’s petty to point out attending college on government assistance cases.   I don’t know if your claim of Herman Cain receiving gov. educational assistance is true or accurate. He may have because his father was a chauffeur and his mother was a maid and Herman Cain is a brilliant person. Great intelligence accompanied by great test scores and being part of a family with very modest, perhaps even meager, financial resources qualifies for educational subsidies then and now. In Herman Cain’s young adult world being simply black was not requisite for gov. assistance and may have been a detrement. His adult careers have proven the supposed educational assistance was a great investment. That said, this matter is insignificant to me. Do you know Herman Cain’s background or have you read his resume? In other words, do you know Herman Cain? He has “earned” and “accomplished” what many call the American Dream. He started from a very modest beginning and with dedication, hard work, and liberty took advantage of America’s opportuities. You and all Americans should be very proud of Herman Cain and we all should be very proud of our country.

    I don’t see where it was a Socialist Program. It is now & I will explain why. When SS was started it was paid for by working people. It was a separate fund that the Congress or Administration could not borrow from or even touch. The money was invested & the dividends added to the fund. It was not a Socialist program because only people that invested in it could receive any money from that fund. Then the Democrats came up with a plan to make it a source of funding they could borrow from. They weren’t alone, because the Republicans didn’t prevent it from happening. They basically replace the money they swiped from SS & replaced it with IOU’s instead of real cash. It is now a Socialist Program because Congress swipes money from the SS funds & doesn’t even plan to replace it. It is also given to people that never paid a penny into it. Even Illegals are getting it when they are 65 & never paid into it. Since the investments are in the dumpster, more money has been lost than what was gained so the funding is even farther in decline. I made some quick calculations & found that at my present SS benefit, I will have to live approximately 20 years after 65 years of age to receive the money I paid into SS for 45 years of contributions to SS. If I live another five years, I will be very fortunate & the money I invested in SS will be sucked up into the Government, my family receiving none of it, bus some illegal will. Brilliant for Congress Critters but unfair to investors, the workers who paid into it their whole working life. As you said, it is a Socialist program now because it is given to everyone, including freeloaders. I have other sources, so I am not affected as much as people depending on their SS income only.

      I am on social security and what it has become infuriates me. I paid FICA into the system all the years I worked until finally retiring. Of course the system is broke…you can’t keep “borrowing” the money without ever repaying. It’s just become a slush fund for any old reason other than what it was intended and now when the baby boomers need it, a crisis is unfolding. Both political parties have lost my respect in this regard because of their greed and shortsightedness. My husband and I still work part time to supplement our social security and are still paying into the system. We can’t even get a cost of living raise because the goverment claims there’s no inflation even though everything costs more everyday. Their calculations don’t include anything that counts and you use everyday. We need new leaders with plain old common sense!

In those days I was a raving Liberal that believed before America could be like I thought it should it would have to be “burn baby burn” while Mr. Cain’s father was telling him “learn baby learn.” Mr. Cain and his dad was proven right and my ideas were proven wrong.

Today I am not today so naive nor now believe that socialism is a viable political system for moral and educated adults. I rarely agree 100% with anyone’s whole package of ideas, but I can discuss things without name calling or without at least trying to get a better perspective on an issue under discussion.

All other things considered, I see the fact that Obama, Wall Street and the “banksters” are not the solution to anything but are not altogether the full problem either. I place the mess we have in the USA today where it belongs: Our U S Congress, and I mean those on both sides of the aisle, did not do the job or the work it was elected to accomplish: Obey the principles of the U.S. Constitution. They sold out to PACs (unions, banking, Wall Street brokers, etc., etc.) which lead to those same special interest groups simply exercising the “licenses” granted by a corrupt Congress.

If I had the specter of the things I had done in Congress revisiting me in my family, my church, my community and my nation, I would find some hole, crawl into it, and pull in the dirt after me. I suspect there will be “days of pitiful sorrow” for those congressmen and congresswomen when they are called to face the consequences of their misbehavior not only in this life but also in the existence to come thereafter.

Congress needs a good “Cain-ing” and I believe Mr. Cain and The Tea Party will indeed “git ‘er done” through strong and reactive efforts at vastly reducing the federal government and most of its’ regulations to put America back in stride within full accordance with the Constitution of the USA.

  * Adviser to the Federal Reserve System. Herman Cain went to work for the Federal Reserve Banking System advising them on how monetary policy changes would affect American businesses.
  * Chairman of the Kansas City Federal Reserve Bank. He worked his way up to the chairmanship of a regional Federal Reserve bank. This is only one step below the chairmanship of the entire Federal Reserve System (the top banking position in the country). This position allowed him to see how monetary policy is made from the inside, and understand the political forces that impact the monetary system.
  
  After reaching the top of the banking industry, he changed careers for a fourth time!
  
  * Writer and public speaker. He then started to write and speak on leadership. His books include Speak as a Leader, CEO of Self, Leadership is Common Sense, and They Think You’re Stupid.
  * Radio Host. Around 2007-after a remarkable 40 year career-he started hosting a radio show on WSB in Atlanta (the largest talk radio station in the country).
  
  He did all this starting from rock bottom (his father was a chauffeur and his mother was a maid). When you add up his accomplishments in his life-including reaching the top of three unrelated industries: information systems, business management, and banking-Herman Cain may have the most impressive resume of anyone that has run for the presidency in the last half century.
  He knows more about creating jobs and the economy than any of the other candidates running for POTUS from either party. This guy solves problems

Addressing the interview by the Socialist Lawrence O’Donnell, he sounded like he was upset that Cain did not get arrested when he was in college in some demonstration. Of course if he had, then ODonnell would have said that we should not have Cain as a President because “he has a criminal record.”
Of course I don’t think O’Donnell would ever consider that Obama probably could not get clearance to work for the Secret Service that protects him.

MSNBC and O’Dummy have been trying to put down Republicans since I can remember. They are nothing but bald faced liars and O’Dummy is chief among them. I would like to see his mouth mashed, and his teeth put down his throat, that is what he deserves. The Democrats should be ashamed at what they are trying to do. Instead they never let up, like they fully believe the American people are behind them. In truth it is the lunatics like Pelosi, Frank, and Reid who are behind this name calling, and character assassination.

I also like Mr. Cain and I think he would do a good job as pres’ . I still think that he would be better served being a VP first , he could then remake the office to undo Bidens unbelievable stupidity ( wonder what backroom deal THAT was ) not to mention Bidens severe case of foot in mouth disease.
Then Mr. Cain would have it all, brains , vision , and how to navigate the scum pond of ” the best government money can buy “. I am disturbed by his take on the Libertarian platform, wether we like it or not gays , drugs , and abortion are here to stay. Freedom is for everyone or it’s not freedom. I don’t know if Mr. Cain knows the history of drug laws but all of them started as laws against people of color ,and this was began in the 19 teens .We have been “fighting ” the drug war for almost 100 years ! We as a nation have spent TRILLIONS of dollars on this never ending farce with nothing at all to show for it but an out of control DEA police forces that seize property on any excuse with any means possible including murder . Now we have morons that give guns to cartels !
It has also been shown that gay people are for the most part born that way. A little to much estrogen in the womb with a male feotus will skew him toward homosexuality. Do I think gays have an agenda absolutly but after literaly thousands of years of being beaten and killed for just being what they are I can’t blame them. Not to mention that 3 of the worlds great philosephers Aristotal Plato and Socreteas, ( sorry about the spelling ) were what we would consider gay.
Abortion has been around since the begining of recorded history, not to mention that the decision to terminate a pregnancy is NONE OF OUR BUSINESS…The only people with rightful concerns are the mother, her god ( if she has one ) possibly the father and her doctor period.
So in closing Mr. Cain for VP Ron Paul for Pres. I just wonder how long it would take for someone to try and assinate them both .
