At a 2004 hearing see Democrat after Democrat covering up and attacking the regulations to protect Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac (their Cash Cows) that are now destroying our economy because the Democrats let them cheat.

        I am not sure how many of you saw it or heard it, in a speech last week at a fundraiser, Obama said he would make sure the housing market will be open to all, “As of now, we will consider “Welfare” as valid, viable income to purchase a home.” Here we go again…I am more than fed up with this Prez and his lying Liberals.

          That’s OK, hopefully, we will be able to END welfare soon. We just have to hold out a little longer, no purchases except absolute emergencies, get your money out of the banks, set on it, no investments. Just starve the government out of tax dollars until they begin to understand that we mean business. Once they begin to handle our money (taxes) responsibly and fiscally, then we will go back to “business as usual”, but not until! No more welfare, food stamps, HUD housing, medicaid, etc. End all handouts! The working people of this nation has had enough. I have gone around, taking pictures of mexicans working on the roads in VA.         Remember, not only did you contribute to Social Security but your employer did too.. It totaled 15% of your income before taxes. If you averaged only 30K over your working life, that’s close to $220,500. If you calculate the future value of $4,500 per year (yours & your employer’s contribution) at a simple 5% (less than what the govt. pays on the money that it borrows), after 49 years of working (me) you’d have $892,919.98. If you took out only 3% per year, you receive $26,787.60 per year and it would last better than 30 years, and that’s with no interest paid on that final amount on deposit! If you bought an annuity and it paid 4% per year, you’d have a lifetime income of $2,976.40 per month. The folks in Washington have pulled off a bigger Ponzi scheme than Bernie Madhoff ever had .

            At the time of the Civil War, all citizens had access to equal weaponry for offense and defense. That would not be the case today with modern technology and a tyrant in power who has surrounded himself with a moat of alligator thugs.             I don’t believe that voting makes much difference. The people in Washington function as though they live on a different planet and cannot relate to the average citizen’s problems. I believe that a violent revolt will become necessary to clean out the rats nest known as Washington Politics as Usual.             How long have you been voting? I have been voting 39 years and I will say I have yet to see a single elected serpent who gets into office and listens to their constituents. Oh they always send nice letters and emails when I contact them but they are empty words. Usually they do not even answer me directly.

            Now let me be clear. I still vote because it is a duty of very citizen. But I am also actively involved in other activities that have a greater chance to impact the government. One is I joined a Constitutional Militia and am training to be prepared if all else fails and we must defend our rights by force, strictly as a last resort.

            So how are those letters and emails working out? How long have you been writing them? How many times has one of your demands been satisfied? I am 60 and listened to my parents and their friends late at night gripe for years about the government. They called it “solving the world’s problems”. Only problem was they never solved a single problem because all they ever did was talk! If talking really could produce results, then Prime Minister Chamberlain would have talked Herr Hitler out of WWII. We know how well that went. Between 50 and 100 million people were killed.
            I defy anyone to show proof that they made a demand of an elected servant on a “serious” matter that was satisfactorily resolved. Note I am not talking about a photo op or helping get a child in a university, or other non-constitutional matters. I am talking about matters that impact ALL of us like getting our country out of debt, restoring our Constitutional Republic to the state it was intended, punishing criminals holding elected office not simply “sanctioning” them like congress does. Matters like correcting years of unconstitutional edicts like creating the lie that separation of church and state is even in the Constitution. It is not! Matters like many presidents empowering unelected czars with no constitutional authority to do so.
            Who has ever had a demand to abolish the unconstitutional federal reserve even considered? Not even Ron Paul talks about abolishing the fed although it is clearly unconstitutional for only congress has the power to coin money. They do NOT have the power to give that responsibility away as they unlawfully did when they snuck the federal reserve into being by manipulating congress.
            A brilliant man, Einstein, once said that the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over while expecting different results. It is time to stop putting false hope in ineffective methods that have NEVER worked. It is time to start acting and demand the congress, the supreme court, the president (or usurper in the present case), and all bureaucrats adhere to the Constitution or resign immediately. If they do not, then we take more stringent action.
            Does anyone believe they are more articulate, more knowledgeable on history and law, or more persuasive than our Founders? So knowing that our Founders failed in their concerted effort to obtain a redress of grievances with all of their wisdom and knowledge, are we so arrogant to think we can succeed where they did not? If not, then why do we continue to behave as if talking will solve anything?

            Time for talk is gone. Our government is destroying our God given rights daily. If we do not act soon they will have taken all of our rights including those of the 2nd Amendment. we will then no longer be citizens but slaves.
            Now I am NOT advocating violence, but I am advocating strong action. Our Military is already in the fight. LTCOL Lakin demanded that Obama prove he was eligible to be President before he would follow any orders. Obama responded by putting Lakin in prison. Commander Fitzpatrick filed a Criminal Complaint with the FBI against Obama charging Obama with Treason. Obama has not even responded. Why? Because to prove his innocence, Obama would have to release many of the documents he has spent millions of dollars hiding which clearly he will not do voluntarily. I just sent my own Criminal Complaint to the FBI and to my congressman. If enough of us file similar Criminal Complaints, we may be able to get results, not because of our rhetorical skills but because we made them fear us. It is the ONLY tool we have to get their attention.

            If demands for redress of grievances go unheeded, then we must be prepared as our Founders prepared. I pray it never comes to bloodshed but for us to not prepare ourselves for that possibility is folly.

            So follow our Founders example, unless you have one that has been proven to work better.
            1. Send demands (not requests) for a redress of grievances. In our day we should send Criminal Complaints (Here are websites for info:

            2. Spread the word. Tell everyone you know and urge them to file a Criminal Complaint.

            4. Join Constitutional Militias (Check them out before joining. Some are not Constitutional)

            5. If there are no Constitutional Militias in your area, set one up! For assistance, contact Ohio Minutemen Militia at the site above
            6. Prepare yourselves, your family, and to the extent possible, your neighbors. If the economy collapses or if Obama declares martial law, there will be a period of time where there will be no law other than the Committees of Safety supported by the Militias. There will most likely be no food or water. Exercise your 2nd amendment rights while you still can. If a catastrophe occurs, it will be too late to acquire anything you need to survive.
            7. Pray. George Washington prayed constantly and gave credit to God’s Providence frequently, especially after a battle.

The single most unifying feature of the Democratic Party is that its members put Party before Country. They are driven by an illogical, unworkable, anti-American ideology. They have no compunction about destroying the United States of America, as long as the Democratic Party can somehow escape the blame. They will support anything that carries the Party seal of approval. They will always march in lock-step. They will twist the facts as much as they need to to convince the politically illiterate that they are correct. When caught red-handed, they deny, deny, deny (60 years ago, when the Nazi Party used that tactic, it was called the “Big Lie”; now they refer to it as ‘spin”).

Even with millions lost by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, the “Execs” received healthy “bonuses” at the end of the year for “saving” FM/FM. It was clear the books were “cooked” and it was evident to everyone except the Dems running “interference” for FM/FM. This, ladies and gentlemen, was the start of the economic downfall back in 2006 or 2007. Pres. Bush and the Republicans attempted to bring this to the forefront and the Dems, having the majority, headed off the investigation and aided in the “cover up” and squashed the investigation. Amazing how politics has caused the problems of todays economic situation and how our Congress and President won’t do what needs to be done to fix the economy. I’m only 53, but I don’t see a bright future for me or this country unless we get these people out of power. Retirement at 65? Please, not a chance with this economy and these “liberal socialists” out of office and even in jail for some of them.

He was claiming that we had nothing to worry about: Social Security was safe “for at least another FORTY years – all the way to 2028″ (!!!)

    We The People need to understand that this government is and has been out of control since about 2006. Both sides of the isle literally make me viscerally ill. Having said that, the Democrat Party is by far the worst offender of law and policy. I knew years ago when I served on the board of a financial institution that the housing market, if left to its own devices, would eventually destroy America financially. The Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) was one of the worst pieces of legislation to have ever seen the light of day. These politicians forced banks and other financial institutions to lend to people who had no income, no job, and no assets. We board members and management began to refer to these loans as NINJA loans–no income, no job, no assets. The Democrats, like Barney Frank and Chris Dodd, pressured the regulators to put fear into the hearts of financial institutions, and as one might expect, most of them capitulated to these ravaging regulators. So, here we all are with a Fannie Mae and Freddy Mac which should not even exist as government backstops for irrational lending practices. Why anyone would ever vote for a RINO, progressive, or Democrat is beyond me. Do your country a favor–NEVER vote for a RINO, progressive, or Democrate again. President Bush (RINO) and BHO (Democrat, Socialist, Marxist, Communist, Muslim) have ruined the housing market, job market, and the economy in general of America for the forseeable future. If we can rid ourselves of most of the offenders in November 2012, we might be able to right this ship of state over the next two decades. The future of this country is very bleak, and we are going to need God’s help to get back on the right path.

            I love to watch live Presidential news conferences. You get a chance to see the real person instead of someone reading from a tele-prompter. I remember the first one I watched by President Obama. When questioned about his policies vs. John Mc Cain’s he replied, ” I won, so get over it”. And then there were a couple of conferences during the health care debates when he stated that the Republicans opposing the bill should “sit down and shut up” and later saying that they could be involved in the process, but “they had to sit in the back of the bus”. Then just last week during a discussion on the debt limit debate with house majority leaders, he stormed out of the room. (Camera crews weren’t allowed in that session but he must have forgotten that a lot of cell phones also take photos. I saw some great ones on the net of him kicking the exit door open, mad as hell because he didn’t get his way). Is this the behavior we should expect from the President of the United States, or the attitude of a childish, arrogant, spoiled 5 year old? Maybe we can’t blame him. Perhaps it is the wiring of the liberal progressive mind.
            In November of 2010 the MAJORITY of the people in Wisconsin elected a congress and Governor that pledged to cut spending and balance the budget. That is what we voted for. How did the liberal kids respond? Senators fled the state to keep from voting. Teachers called in sick, shutting down schools, government union mobs marched on the capital doing millions in damage, and demanded a recall election which is a waste of more of our time and money. What happens when the liberals lose again? Go for the best of 3 out of 5? The people of Wisconsin have spoken but the liberals refuse to listen.     And so it is said that the Republicans are responsible for the state of the economy when Obuma was elected. Make no mistake, the housing market is what caused most of our problems. Lived in Florida in the 90′s and early 2000′s. We were always amazed how people would by a house, put a few bucks into it, claim it as their primary residence and then, because of the easy money, sell in for far, far more than they paid . . . and walk away with up to $500,000 tax free. (Another little bonus that most American’s didn’t even know about.) And banks, backed by Freddie/Fanny were giving loan that were reverse amortized. 1% interest for 5 or 10 years (making it even easier for people to get in over their head) with the difference between the promotional interest (typically at least 5%) being added to the amount owing on the home loan. People were buying million dollar homes with nothing down and payments based on 1% interest, so at the end of 10 years, they owed a $1,500,000 and had new payments based on 6% interest (at least). If you know your math, you know that that amounts to $90,000 per year in interest alone. Hmmm, wonder why there were so many defaults.

    I saw much of this in the run up to the 2008 election, but it is still mind boggling to see it again and to think that there has been no accountability attached to these people as regards the debacle involving sub-prime mortgages. The Congress gave lip service to investigations, but quickly backed away from hearings. Obama’s initial comment upon coming into the presidency was that there was enough blame to go around.

    Many of the actions taken and the cover ups put in place were unethical and perhaps illegal and should still be investigated fully and prosecuted. Perhaps after we get a conservative edge in the Senate in 2012, we can pressure Congress to seek these scoundrels out and open that wound up so that we can make the right moves in regulation, not the current Dodd-Frank Act, which has proven to be inadequate and out of touch with the real problems.

    I think it is coming time for every conservative to join hands and begin to force their State into independance from the federal government. Secession!
    Once the majority of Red states pull away and stop funding the minority Blue states, the chaos and strife will be mostly in the Blue states. Let the Feds deal with the problem they have created with their entitlement programs.
    The chaos that will occur in the Red states in entitlement enclaves will be dealt with harshly and it won’t take too long before the non-producers either move away or begin to work. In the Red states, there’s plenty of work to do, once we dislodge the wetbacks and cause them to self-deport themselves.
    In some Red states, it will be difficult times for awhile, in others, like here in Texas, it won’t take but several months.
    Once the federal gov’t is wrecked and the commies rule/control nothing more than the “takers”, we can start putting a country back together again. We can then choose if we want to coddle queers, takers and commies or if we want to just expell them.
    Maybe if we do these things our children will have a chance. If we don’t do anything, our children and grandchildren will be slaves.

    After reading about the real reason for the Civil War, (it was not over slavery). The real reason was that the states felt the federal government was getting to big and that the states rights were being ignored. They felt that the federal government was over stepping its’ bounds and that the states were not being served correctly.     Yet, these people are still walking the streets and exerting their greedy behavior over us at our expense. We’ve got kids here in California in both the juvenile justice facilities and in our prisons for getting caught growing marijuana (which is hard work) to make a little money as the jobless rate is — state wide — right around 25% for those young adults age 24 or less. What’s wrong with us for putting up with this situation? If we don’t start putting people where they belong, i.e., our youth at work, and these crooks behind bars, soon we won’t have a country or a way of life that has, frankly, served us all really well.

    I thought this scam was common knowledge by now. Fannie and Freddie were the perps of the subprime mess. A mess that is yet to be cleaned up. Good luck with the great recovery while the real estate market continues to deal with a 4 year back log of foreclosures and another 3 years of properties awaiting foreclosure resultant from extensive paper work demands. And don’t forget property values for 2011 are most likely going to drop another 40 percent. The outlook is really peachy isn’t it? And don’t forget no criminal charges have been filed against any of the management of either organization!

    As to welfare, the Bible has a good plan as described in 1 Timothy. The first premise is “any man who won’t provide for his family is worse than an infidel.” (1 Tim. 5:8). This covers men who father children then run off and fail to provide for them. The second premise is that it is the church’s responsibility to care for widows and orphans. It goes so far as to say that widows who have family members should rely on them for support rather than burden the church; therefore the church can take care of those who are truly needy. What’s missing in all this is government. Nowhere does the Bible say it is the government’s responsibility to care for widows, orphans, or the poor. So all those churches that advocate government charity need to reread their Bibles. The government never gives anything away that it first hasn’t taken from someone else. If I choose to donate to the Salvation Army, the Red Cross, the local food bank, etc, and pay tithes to the church, then there is a Biblical basis with a promise of a blessing from God. It does talk about paying taxes, but the presumption is that government will be wise in spending that money. Charity does not equal letting the government do it; we’ve seen what decades of the taxpayer funded war on poverty has achieved. More poverty.
