Bogus Obama document ‘bigger than Watergate’

A retired U.S. military commander who brought a court challenge to Barack Obama’s tenure in the Oval Office says the mounting evidence indicating the “Certificate of Live Birth” he released in April is fake should shock the American public.

“If everyone was intellectually honest, they would admit those images put on the Internet are forgeries,” said CDR Charles Kerchner, whose lawsuit that alleged Congress failed in its constitutional duty to make sure the man elected president was eligible for the office, was turned down by the U.S. Supreme Court.

He cited the work released this week by longtime Adobe software book author and computer expert Mara Zebest.

        Well, I am extremely disappointed in Fox and don’t trust them any more than the far left media. I was waiting for them to expose BO the day that very fake certificate was shown. For heavens sake, it didn’t even have the correct information regarding the hospital name and other apparent mistakes on this crappy piece of green paper. What did every commentator including Beck and the most trusted man in news, O’Rielly say “Yes, it is real, that is the end of that! There will be those who still say it isn’t real, but those people just don’t like Obama, he was born in the HI.” That’s all they said, not one, including well known Conservatives like Rove, Coulter, Rubio, Pawlenty, Goldberg, or anyone else who had a voice to expose this man as a fraud came forth. So, as far as Fox news goes, just wonder who threatened them or bought them off! I would like to see one well known Conservative take this on, but it won’t happen because no one wants to rock the boat. In the meantime, BO is purposely destroying this country, and, if he has this kind of power behind him, one that pulled the biggest scam ever on the American people, then he will be elected again in 2012, you can take that to the bank!

        Glen Beck never believed that his b.c. was a fake, he called us “birthers” too. I don’t know what is going on, but for some reason they are not going to pursue it. I think that they want to get him out of there by vote than by impeachment for fear of a race war. I think that once he is out of the oval office that he will be exposed, of course by then it won’t mean a hill of beans. We need to purge the whole government and start over with something that more closely resembles what are country was founded on. Bring back the constitution in its totality. I hope that this will be a lesson for America to learn to vote for a person on true merit and ability than on whether he is a minority or just because we have not had a woman president. We should learn more about the candidate real motive for the presidency.

My ultimate goal is to completely abolish the two party system on the National level getting rid of career politicians for good. My platform is a much smaller and much smarter government element. This being the computer age, I feel that 50 good people, one from each state screened and tested for honesty and integrity with assist from computers can and will do a much better job. My ancestor and the other founding fathers consisted of just a handful of good men that were leaders, not rulers as these usurpers are inclined to be. But what IS needed – it would appear, from the lack of action from Congress on this fundamental matter – is a March on Washington of The People, Assembled, including representatives of the armed forces, both active and retired (think Oathkeepers), calling on the man occupying the office of the presidency of the United States either to release all of his bona fides for expert inspection or vacate the office forthwith; with, in the latter event, Congress to be recalled, for not exercising its legal ‘standing’ in this matter, and The People, as the sovereign of the nation, “declaring what Officer shall then act as President” (Art. II, Sect. 1), who should call for elections ‘within a time certain’ (say, 3 months). And The People thus clear this matter up as soon as possible, since the authorities of the day aren’t doing the job they’re supposed to be doing. That Officer to clean out the executive branch’s Augean stables while he, or she, is at it. And the country thus put back to rights, from the usurpation that would have taken place, sullying the office, if the latter scenario indeed proves to be the case; which there is every indication at this point in time that it is.
    
    Any ‘illegality’ in the matter would be on the government’s head.   Judicial Watch discovered that the Obama administration is flouting the will of Congress by giving federal taxpayer money to ACORN.
  Obama’s Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) gave a $79,819 grant to the largest branch of the ACORN tree, ACORN Housing Corp. (AHC). AHC filed papers last year legally changing its name to Affordable Housing Centers of America (AHCOA). It’s the same old organization with a brand new ACORN-free name.
  Worse yet, the grant funds a political agitation and indoctrination program. Here’s HUD’s euphemistic description of the program:
  Education and Outreach Initiative grants (EOI) – HUD awarded $6.8 million to organizations that educate the public and housing providers about their rights and obligations under federal, state, and local fair housing laws. Groups will also conduct fair lending workshops, community meetings, and individual counseling activities focused on homeowners at risk for discrimination.
  According to HUD, the grant money came out of fiscal 2010 appropriations.

An intensive investigation has revealed the identity of the man whose Social Security number (SSN) is being used by President Obama: Jean Paul Ludwig, who was born in France in 1890, emigrated to the United States in 1924, and was assigned SSN 042-68-4425 (Obama’s current SSN) in or about March 1977.

Ludwig lived most of his adult life in Connecticut. Because of that, his SSN begins with the digits 042, which are among only a select few reserved for Connecticut residents.

Obama never lived or worked in that state! Therefore, there is no reason on earth for his SSN to start with the digits 042. None whatsoever!

Now comes the best part! Ludwig spent the final months of his life in Hawaii, where he died..

Conveniently, Obama’s grandmother, Madelyn Payne Dunham, worked part-time in the Probate Office in the Honolulu Hawaii Courthouse, and therefore had access to the SSNs of deceased individuals.

The Social Security Administration was never informed of Ludwig’s death, and because he never received Social Security benefits there were no benefits to stop and therefore, no questions were ever raised.

The suspicion, of course, is that Dunham, knowing her grandson was not a U.S. citizen, either because he was born in Kenya or became acitizen of Indonesia upon his adoption by Lolo Soetoro simply scoured the probate records until she found someone who died who was not receiving Social Security benefits, and selected Mr. LudwigsConnecticut SSN for Obama.

Just wait until Trump gets past the birth certificate and onto the issue of Barry O’s use of a stolen SSN. You will see leftist heads exploding, because they will have no way of defending Obama.

Although many Americans do not understand the meaning of the term “natural born” there are few who do not understand that if you are using someone else’s SSN it is a clear indication of fraud.

Taking a gun won’t help! Don’t you think they have already prepared for this? There’s nothing more the men behind our present government want than an armed rebellion! An armed rebellion would mean many, many, patriotic citizens killed and charges of white racism. Theses people all say to “never let a good crisis go to waste”, so that would mean Obummer gets to declare martial law and a total and complete take over ensues with suspension of all personal liberties! We need an amendment added to the Constitution that says you can circumvent Congress only once a day, and one that says only one crime per term, and then you’re impeached after that. And then we need someone with the guts to uphold the Constitution.

This coming Monday we will be celebrating our independence from Great Britian a little over two hundred years ago. Although it may seem like a very long time ago, it really isn’t. Our country is very young compared to other Nations. I have come to realize over the years just how precious and dear our founding is. I feel that these progressive eletes want to destroy everything wonderful and beautiful about our Constitution so they can control every avenue of our lives. We must turn back to God, turn back to those values that made this country great and importune God to save this country. I believe there is much power in true prayer. Put up billboards. Take your message to the malls or to the park ot to the tv/radio stations until they run you off. Then do it again. If you get arrested it will make the news. Support whom ever is taking the lead any way you can. Do not give up. Our forefathers did give up even after July 4th, 1776. Remember the Alamo. Remember the Republic for which it stands. As I have said before, pray if you are a Christian, pray if you are not a Christian, pray even if you do not believe in God. Prayer shows faith. Faith is what makes God smile and hear us. Think! I agree the document presented certainly seems to be fake, meaning this guy is not a citizen. I would like everybody to believe that. HOWEVER, I DON’T want him thrown out of office before the 2012 election. If that were to happen, American sympathy would swing and the Democrats would win in 2012. A peaceful march on Washington DC would be good. Peaceful marches on all the state capitals would be good, also. Too bad it could not have been organized in time for July 4th. Petitions are also good and very effective when trying to accomplish a specific goal, like having the birth certificate investigated.

Making inflammatory comments on blog sites is BAD. The anonymity and emotionalism of inflammatory comments, like many here, are what allow your enemy to reasonably consider you to be fringe lunatics. This is what will be used to have you locked up when the time comes. Don’t give them an excuse to lock you up.

You have to get rid of the hate, get rid of the racism, get rid of the “we vs you” mentality, and never, ever talk about guns. (Have ‘em, but don’t talk about them.) And never say anything about a person. Always make statements about an inanimate object or idea, not a person or a group of people. This way the speech can not easily be considered hate speech. Say, “the birth certificate is a forgery”. Do not say, “Obama is a fake” Say, “Sharia law is very oppressive towards women.” Don’t say, “Muslims are ignorant” NEVER say anything derogatory about people. I wrote to Barrasso, Enzi, Lummis (all Wyoming) and Boehner – demanded that they arrest Obama for his unlawful, un-warranted invasion of Libya, for his failure to meet the requirements of the Constitution, and his continual breach of Rule of Law.

The ones who have responded stated that they satisfied that Obama had proven his identity.
They, further, stated that although Obama appears to have possibly mis-stepped as regards the War Powers Act, they were looking into it.

I also told them that if they were not going to do the job they were hired to do, and if they were not going to honor the OATH THEY SWORE to Uphold and Defend the Constitution and Rule of Law, that I demand they immediately quit the office that they had held and that they had disqualified themselves for.

  I speak to high level staff when I call my congressman. I have done thousands of hours of research and know much more than they do. Sometimes I talk with them for 30 minutes or more. They acknowledge that congress knows Obama isn’t eligible but they say leadership is blocking action. They claim it would be too disruptive at a time when much more important issues need to be addressed. I said impeaching Obama for ineligibility would void all draconian legislation and appointments he has made. We need to pressure them.

  DE, I have to sorrowfully agree with you… The only reason I’ve been voting “R” is because it was the “lesser of two evils”… There have been a few “D’s” I’ve voted for because they did a good job (well, actually only one & he’s now retired)… The “D’s” here in AL voted themselves a 62% pay raise when they took over a few years back… In my working lifetime (about 35 years), I’ve ALWAYS made more money when the “R’s” were in “power”… As a small business owner/operator, I’ve watched my annual revenues drop to less than 1/4 of what they were in ’06… And, even through all this, I have NEVER drawn any type of government benefit (unemployment, food stamps, welfare, etc.)… I have had to haul off scrap metal, diversify my services to doing “anything that is legal & pays”, and trim any & all “fat” out of my lifestyle in order to just keep my lights on & feed my family… Skin color has nothing to do with the “moocher class” as I, personally, know more “white” leeches than all other skin tones combined… I have more “whites” that owe me for past due invoices & will not pay (while they watch pay-per-view on their plasma screen TV’s)… I did not have the first OTW (other than white) tell me they were going to go get a FEMA card because they had to throw out a 1/2 gallon of milk & a pack of bologna after the power was off a few days after the April tornadoes… NONE of them were even remotely thankful that their homes were not destryoed or any family members lost/injured… They were just whining how they wanted someone else to pay for their wants/needs… I guess they thought there was a FEMA fairy with a magic wand and all that money just magically appeared…

Our problem is that we have become so damned lazy that we only participate in the political process when there is a problem and we allow the politicians to do as they please as long as we get our slab of bacon and bag of corn meal.

There is no way ONE PERSON could devise a way to return to the original CONSTITUTIONAL form of government where judges make no laws and no politician serves for life. There would have to be a meeting of like minds and a CONVENTION to hammer out details, policies, process, etc with the goal of returning to the original concept of self government where the people do actually have a right to “petition the government for redress”. I am seeing a lot of anger, partisanship, racism and militarism but I have seen precious little in the way of STATESMANSHIP, where lthe good of the nation is of hte utmost concern. Is there anyone in this blog right now that could be thought of as a stateman fifty years from now? Indeed, I see very little evidence of that in the entire country right now, which makes us vulnerable to the efforts of those who hate us, and I am talking about the ones who look just like us.

I read a good number of replies. I agree with a few, but differ with many. I understand the feelings people have, but name calling the
President does not serve any good purpose. We need a concerted effort to expose the ligitimacy, or illegitimacy of the piece of paper that was
presented to the media. If indeed it is a forgery, proven as such in a court of law, then further action should almost automatically follow.
The software expert who claimed that the document was falsified, should be helped financially with a suite to be filed with some Federal
Court. When the document was published, Pres. Obama himself made the comment, “You will hear more about it” (or something close to this
s), so he must have had doubts in his mind, or why did he make such a staement? Lawmakers on both sides of the isle must be very reluctant
to see this happen, since it would mean a major interruption of running the Government if Obama were sudenly removed from office.
Besides that, you can be assured that he has many legal loopholes that can and will be brought to bear to stretch the process for a very
long time. The truth must be found by due process, however.

the SSNs of deceased individuals.
The Social Security Administration was never informed of Ludwig’s death, and
because he never received Social Security benefits there were no benefits to
stop and therefore, no questions were ever raised.
The suspicion, of course, is that Dunham, knowing her grandson was not a U.S.
citizen, either because he was born in Kenya or became a citizen of Indonesia
upon his adoption by Lolo Soetoro simply scoured the probate records until she
found someone who died who was not receiving Social Security benefits, and

I find it strange that the conservative hosts dropped this issue almost as soon as it came out. Like it was a done deal. There is something wrong that i can’t put my finger on. This certificate was so blatantly fake even before the experts commented on it.
It may be because they all know there is not enough righteous will in DC to do what is necessary to impeach him. Based on the Clinton “impeachment without removal” where the senate refused to even look at the evidence aganst him so they wouldn’t be compelled to remove him.

Most that assume his birth certificate is the issue here are sadly mistaken. It is a fact his Father was a British Subject when Obamie was Non Aborted. Our Founding Fathers clearly stated that Only a Person of Both a Mother and Father from the United States of American can Hold Office as the President of these United States!! Only of Both Mother and “”Father”"!!! Those Like Poloski, Rangle, Todd, and many others in Congress and Senate tried to change that Father and Mother Clause EIGHT TIMES….all were rejected!! They think that by the McCain Clause (whereby they determined any person living within the USA for 10 or more years would qualify..to sit as President)…but they needed McCain’s situation to drive the issues home…McCain was born outside the USA in Panama….but His Mother and Father were NATURAL BORN CITIZENS….See what they did?? The change to our Founding Document “Constitution” now suggest that a person who has lived within the USA for 10 or more years is Qualified to be President….supercedeing (They Think) Both Mother and Father must be Natural Born Citizens for their son to be President! Obamie’s FATHER was not an American Citizen…at any time in History!! So his Birth Certificate is nothing more than a RED HERRING…where he was born not of whom he was NON ABORTED!
