Obama ‘defiance’ of Constitution earns impeachment call

An organization that battles illegal immigration on behalf of the 75 percent of America’s legal citizens who want more control over illegal immigration is calling for the impeachment of Barack Obama over his involvement in two issues: the transfer under his administration’s jurisdiction of weapons to Mexican drug lords and his efforts to provide amnesty to illegal aliens.

“President Obama is no longer the legitimate president of the United States,” said William Gheen, president of Americans for Legal Immigration PAC, in calling for the action today.

Free trade is what has killed the jobs in our country. It is more than that. It is Agenda 21 which Clinton signed by Executive Order in 1992. Since then, the US has covertly been implementing Agenda 21 on our citizens at the local level. Look it up. It is as serious a threat to the existence of the USA as anything else, and BHO or whoever he is, is pushing it hard. He just signed his own executive order establishing yet another unconstitutional entity called the White House Rural Council (WHRC). It’s goal is to control farms and therefore control the very lives of everyone in the US.

Tariffs make goods more expensive to people who buy them: the consumer. Tariffs make the government richer and the consumer (us) poorer. It is a tax which we, the consumer, ultimately pay.

Free trade did not kill jobs in this country; having the highest corporate tax rate in the world did. (Greedy bigger government and MORE taxes.) The corporations moved their operations overseas to avoid paying the outrageous tax to our oppressive government.

I wasn’t aware of this expenditure. If he indeed issued that check then he is above and beyond being a traitor. If he received $300-million from Hamas then he and the Democratic Party are in violation of Federal laws which prohibit receiving revenues from a foreign entity. This isn’t the party’s first rodeo. When our resources become strained and Americans can no longer live within their means…..it is time to QUIT any kind of immigration! Other countries allow immigrants that bring a professional skill or that marry a citizen. They do not allow the destitute of the world come destroy their economy and lower the quality of life for all their real citizens! This is what makes sense to me…
If Americans don’t protect what they have, there are millions that will gladly take it from them. I think that we have found that out. We no longer need additional immigration to settle our country, as we did in the beginning.

There has to be a limit and we have to know when to call it quits and we have to know when to stop paying citizens and non-citizens from having so many kids. This is the first time in the history of our country that there were more minority babies born in this country than white babies.. The ancestors of our European founders (us) will soon be a minority in their own country! Everyone in the world wants what we have worked for and they want it without ever having contributed….they want to reap the rewards of those that worked hard to make this country what it is.. My ancestors immigrated to America, doing it the rightful legal way as prescribed. I can access Ellis Island immigration records and there they are, their names listed in the register–not a lot of them, but enough to have started family businesses (father’s side) and farms (mother’s family), a few native Americans in the mix, ultimately becoming an American-born descendant myself (born, bred and raised in the South). I believe LEGAL immigration is the way it’s supposed to happen, America’s immigration laws in place for very good reasons, although not worth the paper they’re written on if not enforced. If legal immigration was and is good enough for some people, why isn’t it good enough for all people?? Those who disrepect and break American laws (whether native born or foreign) should be legally and swiftly dealt with. Otherwise, why bother to write and institute laws at all?

Impeachment is impractical right now, because of the Dem Senate. There are lots of good people in both the House and the senate who would back a move for impeachment if someone in the House would make the move. However, neither the House nor the Senate has anyone willing to stake their career (or their lives or the lives of their families) on what we know should take place. For all of those still wondering why Obama has not been impeached, I will try and explain WHY? In order to understand the why of the situation, one must know the procedure of impeachment. Here is the procedure: It is the duty of the Lower House (The House of Representatives) to a.) Determine if the President has committed an impeachable offense, b.) If the The House Judiciary Committee finds that the POTUS has in their opinion committed such an offense the House votes for / against impeachment. Once the House votes for Impeachment and they have Impeached the POTUS, the matter is turned over to The Upper House (the Senate) who then conducts a trial and either convicts the President or Acquits the President. The Senate needs a 2/3rds majority to convict the POTUS.

Now that the process has been explained in as straight forward simple language without all of the legal red tape attached to it; the reason that Obama will not be impeached is simple. Two Presidents have been impeached in our History. Andrew Johnson was impeached by the House of Representatives post Civil War, Bill Clinton was impeached by the House in 1999 for Perjury and Obstruction of Justice. Both were Democrats and Both were acquitted by a democrat Majority in the Senate voting along party lines. AS long as there is a Democrat majority in the Senate you won’t see a Democrat President get impeached and Convicted (actually Removed From Office).

Now we conservatives only accomplished part of what we needed to do in the elections of 2010; we won the House. We failed to win the Senate, therefore impeachment will not happen. SO………. let’s do our job and win the Senate in 2012, and maintain the seats in the House in 2012 as well. Only then can we have a base for future impeachments against presidents who perform in direct opposition to the will of the people. Even in that regards we still have another matter to contend with. Over the last 50 years the Democrats in Congress have installed Liberal activist judges in federal positions all across America. We MUST clean house in the Judicial Branch of Government as well as the Executive and Legislative Branches. We must gain the Right of RECALL of Federal Judges who rule against the Constitution and for Party ideals. Including the Supreme Court.

In my opinion, before a Person can be nominated for the Position of Supreme Court Justice (and before Senate hearings on confirmation) the intended nominee must pass a grueling test on the CONSTITUTION. At the bottom of the test, there should be a binding statement which the nominee must sign stating that he /she will make judicial decisions based on the CONSTITUTION of THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and none other including international Law. Failure to do so will be cause for RECALL by THE PEOPLE of THE UNITED STATES of AMERICA. No signature = No consideration of the Nominee for confirmation to the Supreme Court.

I have been sending letters and emails to my representatives in Washington, all insisting they begin impeachment proceedings!
So far, have only gotten form letters with stamped signatures!
From the tone of Senatorial and House comments recently, though, I have a glimmering of hope they will start soon!

I write to my Senator regularly. Senator Cornyn from Texas. He would ALWAYS write me back, if for no other reason, than to simply acknowledge, that he had received my letter. BUT, since I started writing to him about Obama’s “phony” released on April 27, “LONG FORM BIRTH CERTIFIATE”, and the fact that Obama is using a Connecticut,social security number, I have not heard a word from Senator Cornyn’s office. There is a young lady facing a jail sentence because she made a comment “out loud”, while in a Parliamentary Session, regarding the situation that “everyone” has to obey the “Law of the land”. Her statement was “Everyone except Obama”. She was excorted from the “House” and has been charged with felonies. The Federal “Court Judge” appointed her a “Court ap[pointed Attorney” who is obviously in cahoots with Judge and Usurper” and has been giving the young lady “Incorrect and prejudicial” information. She is now asking for these charges to be dismissed, but I don’t like her chances. Failing that, she IS getting SOME help from volunteers who are NOT Attorneys, but hae studied the Constitutuion and Laws and are trying to help her.
The point I am trying to make is, you had better be prepared for a Jail term and/or fight to the death, if you “Speak your mind” in this country these days.
I think I may be on their “hit list”, because I am very politically motivated and have “spoken my mind” many times, not only to my “Elected Officials”, but also to BO’s office, via emals and telephone calls, many times. But if I die for our country, so be it. I am prepared for it.

I want all you liberals to read this entire post. I usually slam Mr Obama for the heck of it but I want you to consider what I am about to say as it’s not a personal attack on him.
Under the law if someone dies during the commission of a felony, the person/people who committed the felony are guilty of murder. It does not matter if you pulled the trigger on somone or broke into their home and they died of a heart attack. The charge is still murder.
Mr Obama, Attorney General Holder, and the BATFE people involved with operation gun runner all committed several felonies.
Illegally transferring guns to anyone is a felony, conspiring to get gun dealers to sell to people not legally able to buy a gun is a felony. Each weapon sold or allowed across the border is a seperate felony.
Now all this illegal weapons stuff DIRECTLY led to the deaths of two border agents and untold amounts of civilians on both sides of the border.

Do you really think the BATFE could allow weapons to cross the border without getting the advice and approval of both the Attorney General and the President of the US? Sad to say we are barking up the wrong tree. Obama is not a natural Born Citizen; Impeachment (if it were possible, which it isn’t because the Democrats have a majority in the Senate) is not the answer. If Impeached it leaves the door wide open for another person not Natural Born to be elected. The only real answer is to put pressure on the Supreme Court to declare him not Constitutionaly qualified for POTUS. Impeachment won’t void all of his policies; declared Not Qualified under the Constitution; tried as a criminal for Fraud (in Court not the Senate), etc.. would negate his policies I believe.

The Supreme Court justices are laughing at us because they know they hold the power to get rid of Obama, and no one is pressuring them about it. The U.S. Supreme Court has made 3 decisions in years past concerning “Natural Born” citizenship. Each decision resulted in haing to have been born of 2 U.S. Citizens. The preceedent has already been set many years ago ( you can google the cases). They know this and are deliberatly stalling the issue; waiting for 2012 so they won’t have to render a decision on the matter.

Read the Constitution, it states very clearly how a president may be Impeached and how he may be tried and possibly removed from office. There are no other options short defeating him in the presidential election or his resignation. The eligibility problem would be a part of the Impeachment process, of course.

The Congress must pass a balanced budget amendment and balance the budget immediately and pay off the debt. That means budget cuts. China is poised to become the number one economy in the world.

Obama still wants to spend money that this country doesn’t have. If Obama is not impeached before the election, Congress must keep the Executive Branch in check. Then Obama must be defeated in 2012. If not, it’s still Congress’ responsibility to impeach him or keep the Executive Branch in check.

If Congress fails and does not balance the budget, then paying income taxes is a waste of time. It may take a revolt of the taxpayers to not pay their income taxes to send a message to our elected officials. Besides, I agree with GOP candidate Herman Cain that we should repeal the income tax in favor of a sales tax. That would involve a repeal of the 16th Amendment of the Constitution.

The man now announced that he would buy monkeys for $50! However, since he had to go to the city on some business, his assistant would now buy on his behalf.

While the man was away the assistant told the villagers. ‘Look at all these monkeys in the big cage that the man has bought. I will sell them to you at $35 each and when the man returns from the city, you can sell them to him for $50 each.’

The villagers rounded up all their savings and bought all the monkeys. They never saw the man nor his assistant again and once again there were monkeys everywhere.

Please stop blamming the Congressmen. The House of Representatives (Congressmen) are not going to start Impeachment proceedings when they know they do not have a 2/3rd’s majority in the SENATE to convict Obama. They are not going to waste the millions it will take for a failed attempt.
